Stayed this weekend, all in all really quite nice. Staff courteous and friendly and public areas really nice and inviting and made you want to stay eat and drink, which is rare. Room was ok, beds very soft and room very hot and stuffy. Room was serviced next morning, our towels were taken and not replaced only realised this when... More

Delightful hotel. Clean, comfortable and wonderful food. However the terrible lighting and small mirrors in the rooms are terrible and extremely Frustrating. Such a simple thing that could make it a ten out of ten

Staff try hard to make customers happy. The buffet dinner was enjoyable in a spacious room. Breakfast also provides a reasonable choice. The bar struggles to deal with a large group of people. Rooms are certainly adequate. Do not go for the views as many of the rooms overlook the E25/A2.

Its a 15 mins taxi ride from the station. Its more like a resort with beautiful greenery all around and a cycle path. There are no shops around. The nearest shop is an Aldi which is a 20 mins walk from the main hotel. If you twin sharing privacy might be an issue as one of bathroom walls is glass... More

This hotel is close to the highway but there is no noise from traffic when inside. The rooms are big and good equiped. Most rooms have a bath tube which was good for the designer but not for the user and cleaning people (see pictures on website). You must step over 60cm and the fact that they have to explain... Though atmosphere is good and cosy, the burger (200 gr) that we ordered was expensive (18Euro) and the quality was not what you would expect. In stead of a slightly red beef, the burger had two cheap mince burgers that you typically find in the freezer of a low end supermarket. The French fries were soft and wet, not fried... More

Very nice hotel, big rooms, very good food, good breakfast selection and good facilities like sauna, pool and bike rental. Unfortunately the gym is outdated and the equipment should be serviced or re-newed. Price wise slightly on the high end.

We have historically enjoyed this restaurant, but something has definitely changed! We paid Euros 52.75 for a lunch we could have purchased at a local food stand. The main bill of fare was a disaster. I ordered the Schnitzel which arrived burnt black about the edges and came from a pre-breaded, packaged source. The cook's mallet never pounded this meat.... We stayed at the Golden Tulip Jagershorst for two nights and got a great package deal, including breakfast and two times dinner. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are modern with great bathrooms, separated by a glass wall from the bedroom. Great views into the forest. The almost adjacent highway is no problem at all as all of the... More
