The resort is a very high standard, however I was upset by the credit card surcharge which I regard as a rip off. Positives: The room was spacious, clean and the bed was excellent, The resort has excellent facilities including convention facilities that are first class. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options catering for all tastes. Negatives:...

This is a grand hotel with a colonial style foyer. From the foyer it looks over the amazing lagoon and pool area. This is a wonderful family resort within close proximity to the major theme parks. For the golfers two great courses and a wonderful village area for shoppers and diners.

I am seldom surprised by hotels and I will admit that I was not expecting much from this one. It is one of those with rooms in several blocks from the main hub so there is a bit of walking to be done but if you are mobility impaired or just plain lazy there is a fleet of buggies to...

Stayed there for the second time just for a quick get away and again was a pleasurable stay. The service we got from a gentleman named Mac on the front desk was brilliant and nothing was too hard and he did seem genuinely happy to service our needs. Im sure well be back again..

As someone who spends 100 nights a year in hotels, I have learned to call ahead to confirm that the hotel has my information and is aware of my room preferences. This was no exception. I confirmed everything with IHG in advance. On arrival I was allocated a room that did not meet my preferences and a call to reception...

Had a one night stay at this hotel and was very impressed. Excellent service from the moment I arrived until checkout. My room was spacious with a great view of the lagoon. The bathroom appeared to be recently renovated and had a separate tub and shower. Although the resort is by no means new- everything is impeccably maintained and the...

Good rooms with plenty of space and comfortable bed. Pleasant two minute walk down stairs to the Sanctuary Cove Village with its marina view restaurants and shops. Great golf courses nearby and the hotel can arrange golf. Frank Sinatra sang here when the resort opened back in the eighties: it is showing its age a bit, but the buildings have...

Beautiful rooms, grounds & pool but still a relaxed atmosphere. We spent most of 1 day by the pool in a 'pod.' Handy having the Marina Village next door. Our room for 4 was enormous, Kids liked seeing kangaroos on the grounds. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we've had.
