We stayed in an interim cabin at the Ashmore Palms Holiday Village for four weeks in June. We arrived from the UK and having read positive reviews, decided to book an interim cabin. We rang several times prior to booking with several questions and staff always were friendly and helpful, advising us on which kind of accommodation would be best...

Only stayed one night in the Ashmore Palms Holiday Village but came away impressed. From check-in with the very friendly and helpful staff whom were quick to offer information on local eateries for the lost traveller. To the clean, comfortable if slightly dated accommodation with extras you don't see at other similar rated villages and caravan parks. A laundry basket...

From the first emails to saying goodbye at the gate, the people at Ashmore Palms were wonderful. When I asked for recommendations for bike hire, not only did they send me links, but they gave me tips about the area and made sure I'd be safe! The cabin was just like it looked on the website, bigger, even, on the...

Our family booked Palm Cottage last November while holidaying in Gold Coast. We stayed 7 nights of which 2 nights were free. My only gripe was that the floor was dirty and oily when we checked in and I had to spend some time cleaning so that it was more pleasant for our feet. Otherwise, the cabin was cosy and...

Ashmore Palms is great for family accommodation. So much for the kids to do.The bird avaries and activity centre. The cabins are very clean, tidy and well appointed and the kitchen is great. Had a great stay here with our 3 daughters. We stayed in one of the family villas which worked well considering we have a daughter in a wheelchair (wouldn't be suitable tho for an older child or adult in a wheelchair, but they do have accessible units). The staff were friendly and helpful, grounds well maintained, and the girls loved...
