Where do I start, upon arrival there is no checkin or checkout reception when we got out the mini bus we were just stood by the road very confused on where to go etc to get in… shortly after not knowing where to go what appears to be a restaurant a lady asked us “ you here for pythari “ and we reply yes of course with confusion still on our faces, once checked in we hade a look around and the area was actually quite nice the pool side area was lovely although the pool could have been cleaned abit more as there were bits in the pool that never seem to be attended too but the pool bar was never open, inside was where this really hurts the review the room had holes in the wooden ceiling, front door looked like it was a size to small for the frame having a big gap at the bottom of the door which allowed bugs and the dreaded mosquitoes to enter which unfortunately ruined our holiday as my fiancée was bitten all over and just made a mess of her legs and arms and for the whole duration of the holiday didn’t want too expose her skin to the public in shame of her bites! Also a leak in the shower bay which was no where near big enough was child like in size and water went everywhere due to no curtain, night time were the worst it’s right next to animals the block I was by and dogs literally barked from 10pm -7am every night without fail it was a nightmare since day one I would never recommend this place to anyone it was very unwelcoming and uncomfortable to be in,

There really isn’t anything negative about the family run apartments, location is great, everything is on your door step but far enough away to not be in the centre of it all. Only a 3 minute walk to the start of the strip where you will find so many bars, restaurants. If you carry on walking in a straight line you will come to the beach, it’s a nice 15 minute stroll. Now for Pythari, I had an amazing stay here, my room was perfect, nice balcony overlooking the pool, comfy beds etc Nico and his wife were so welcoming & friendly, always around in the bar to chat to. I had breakfast lunch and dinner on separate days and I could not fault the food. They have so much variety to choose from, Greek, Mexican, English, pastas, pizza’s the menu is endless. and at very reasonable prices. The English breakfast was so nice along with dinners. The grounds and pool area are very nice and clean. I would highly recommend these apartments for anyone travelling to Laganas whether you are travelling solo, groups or family’s and even if you don’t stay here you must try the restaurant. I have just re booked for June 2022 :-)

Stayed with friends for 4 nights. Clean apartment, clean grounds, pool and taverna. Nikos, the owner, was very polite and helpful. About a 20 min walk from the beach or a quick taxi ride away. Only gripe was no warm water in the morning for a shower but it usually came on in the afternoon. Overall a very nice hotel and lovely staff. Would definitely stay again! 👍

We couldn't be more happy that we chose this location for our stay in Greece. This is a family owned resort, rooms are nice and clean, pool is fantastic. But the entire experience comes from Niko, the owner and his wife who are the most helpful and caring people. Their Greek food is the best in Laganas, please try spiced feta, tyrokafteri, prawns saganaki and stamnato. We also rented their boat for an unique experience in the Ionian Sea.
