We recently visited on a lads holiday and we won’t be coming back. Straight away you have to give a 50 euro deposit per person in case of damages and they explained you can get fined for basically anything other than breathing. The rooms are extremely basic and can get really hot at night and if you want air con you’ve to pay them more money once again. The pool is okay however the pool bar prices are extortionate with cans of fanta/coke that expensive you have to take out a payday loan (3 euro each when at the spar they are 50 cents). The cleaner just walks in randomly and the staff are rude and when you ask them a question they act like you’ve just told them to f**k off. The day before we left, we asked for 3 taxis to be booked for us at 10 which the receptionist said she would sort out and that we had to come down the next day at half 9 for a room inspection so we could leave at 10. The inspections happened until half 10 and we was told we were unable to get our deposits back due to missing glasses and cutlery which we hadn’t even known we had since we had been their. After asking the cleaner, she confirmed we hadn’t had any and finally got the deposit back which they desperately wanted to keep. There are no safes in rooms, the doors are on there last hinges and overall wasn’t a very good experience.

Lovely rooms but me and my friends were separated on different parts of the hotel.
The room of threes were unbearable as they were so hot and air con was £12 a day which was never mentioned until we got there as well as the £50 deposit taken from us on the door.
The pool was great however you was not allowed to take your own water with you and instead had to buy it from the pool bar which only takes cash!
Bar food was okay and staff were lovely.

We went for a week in Zante, when we turned up we met the lady in reception clearly read out the rules of the hotel, 50 euro deposit IN CASH (euros), have to pay extra for air-con and wifi in the room (we didnt), if u bring someone back its extra 50 euros, none of your own food or water by the pool/ in the bar area. The rules were clearly stated at check-in, so from our experience there were no hidden costs, we knew this all when we booked through love holidays.
The rooms were average, has a balcony, fridge, wardrobe, desk, chairs and 2 single beds. The fridge would turn off if you left the room as your key turned the electric on for the whole room, so nothing really got cold unless you were in there for a long amount of time. The shower was small, but powerful, everything worked fine in our room.
Isn't too far from the strip, probably a 5 min walk to the shop, 15 mins max to the furthest bar or club on the strip.
Overall the hotel wasn't amazing, but this was the cheapest possible option for our group, if you want something better than bog standard then book somewhere else, its a good budget hotel.
We all ended up getting our deposits back after a quick room check by a worker.
If you have any issues with your room when you arrive I recommend taking photos of your room on the first day AND telling the receptionists, make this the first thing you do so your deposit doesn't get taken off of you.

Me and one other friend stayed here for 7 nights. The 50 pound deposit fee when we arrived was expected, everyone we spoke to told us they were getting charged for stupid things like marks on towels, missing cutlery etc. Our room key didn't work, it took us about 10 minutes to try get into our room every time, sometimes we had to climb over the balcony. My friends bag got stole the first night which contained her phone, euros, bankcards etc, she accidentally left it on the balcony on first night. We asked if we could access the CCTV footage to see what had happened but told we weren't allowed. Bathroom was mouldy and dirty, the shower was tiny and you had to open the door to be able to wash your hair as you couldn't move. Beds were rock solid and awful, covered in stains and had multiple spiders. Pool was good size, bar food was alright but so expensive, cans of coke/fanta were 3 euros and any alcoholic cans were 6 euros and cash only. We heard many stories from people we met on about how they had been charged hundred of euros for stupid things. We got a note saying we lost 10 euro from our deposit as one of the towels had been 'destroyed' when in reality it had a tiny make up mark on that could of been washed. Cleaners came in whenever they pleased which was at different times everyday, we politely asked one day if she would be able to come back as my friend was asleep and she said no and started cleaning around her. If you bought any water from another shop that wasn't the hotel bar they would take it off you and use it to water the plants right in front of you. We lost another 50 euros because we let one of our friends that we made on holiday come back to the room for a total of 5 minutes as she had lost her other friends that she was staying with and her phone had died. We got told they saw this on the CCTV footage so we then asked if we could watch it back as we knew someone had stole my friends phone a few nights before and they told us that there was no way that her phone had been stole. Overall, staff were unhelpful and rinsed you dry of every penny.

This hotel is absolutely awful, staff are so rude and unhelpful and rooms are shocking. On arrival 50 euro is taken for a deposit, there is absolutely no chance you’ll be seeing that again, anything from a bit of much on a towel or a stain on a bed sheet and that’s all they need to keep it and arguing your case will get you nowhere as there just so rude. Food at the pool bar is pathetic and still expensive the drinks match, also with it being cash only and the nearest cash machine a good walk away doesn’t isnt ideal. Showers are tiny couldn’t even move in it. Very friendly hotel opposite when you walk out of the side road with very friendly staff where we would go for breakfast every morning highly recommend that. But definitely would never stay here again

When we first got to the hotel we were shocked as it didn’t look like the pictures. There’s a dark alleyway to walk down at night, which as a woman is so dodgy. Then the staff there were majority horrible. When we first checked in, the man who was at reception gave us a massive lecture and it took us 50 minutes to check in. He said some really rude things about other guests who were staying and made rude comments about us and said that we probably fling our knickers off round our room as we are girls and that if we don’t keep the room clean, the cleaners won’t come and clean it!
The hotel room was appalling! Nothing like the pictures whatsoever! We had a TV with no remote, no wifi or service in the room (we had to pay a lot for it), we had to pay €12 a night for air con which is ridiculous! And they take €50 deposits from each person when they first arrive at the hotel, you only get this back when you check out of the hotel.
During our stay we constantly felt uncomfortable as if the man from reception would say something to us, which he did. On my first day when I came down to buy some water he started taking the mic out of me saying that I’ve clearly been drinking too much and I’m not okay and tried making other guests laugh at my expense.

My friends and i went on holiday and stayed here we was debating whether to book this hotel because of all the reviews but thought it wasn’t going to be that bad, we was wrong! the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and other people there agreed. The staff members are really rude and useless, the cleaners do an awful job they didn’t change our beds most days and a few times when they did they put a dirty sheet back on they put my friends shoe in the bin and they don’t give you any towels either! On the second day in we had the Australian man shouting at us (19 year old girls) threatening to kick us out for no reason he is very intimidating and don’t think he should own a hotel in a location like this if he doesn’t like young people. They try and scam you for any money possible we got £120 took from our deposit for no reason £100 for a chip on the door which was not even noticable nor our fault and £20 for a broken chair which was broken when we got there you have to pay £70 for the air con which is awful and made us all ill too. We were hardly in our hotel we was out most days and every night and we still had an awful experience so i suggest nobody book this hotel i don’t know how it is still open! Spend an extra £100 and get a better hotel it will be worth it that’s what we wish we did.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The Staff here are incredible rude and do not have good English. We did NOT receive our €200 deposit back as 2 of our other friends went into our room to use the toilet as the ones at the pool are absolutely disgusting. We also had to pay €70 for air conditioning that did not work for over 3 days. When our air conditioning was fixed we said we did not want it as we didn’t want to €70 for half our holiday we were promised we would be charged half price when we went to collect our money back we were refused as our room was “messy”. We asked why we were not told we wouldn’t receive it back if our room was messy and she said that we aren’t allowed to clean our room but yet we have to pay if we don’t clean it which makes no sense. The fridge in our room also did not work for the entire week and we also did not receive any compensation or help for this. We had ants in our room and had to get spray from the shop to kill them. The food at the pool is inedible we had breakfast and couldn’t eat it and had the pizza and it was raw. Our shower head was also broke and would not stay on the wall making it a pain to try and wash our hair. The card machine at the pool never worked and got told could pay later but was houded for the money even though it was suppose to be charged to the room. We are a group of four 21 year year old girls that love to party and loved Zante but this hotel ruined our stay, making us spend most of our time with our other friends in their hotel The Perks Hotel, that is lovely.

Firstly on arrival we were mad to pay €50 deposit pp supposedly to cover damage to the hotel witch we’re already poorly maintained prior to arrival. (Had issues with the aircon, door locks etc) Their was then a €12 euro service charge pp for an unbelievably poor service from the majority of the staff although the manager was fairly welcoming only on arrival. Whilst checking out we were told that their was no damage to the hotel witch meant we should have had our deposit back this is when we found out we would be charge €30 euro for each person that visited us at the hotel. 2 of these €30 charges were for 2 people using the toilets. All in all if your happy staying in cheap hotel and not receiving the deserved treatment were all regular services are a chore and paying an extra €62 on top of your hotel where you could have just stayed a nicer hotel this is the one for you.

Most definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! We knew it wasn’t going to be the nicest due to the price, however our room was covered in mould, the pots and pans were filthy, there was black hair in the beds. The bathroom constantly smelt and the shower head was covered thick in scum, our door didn’t even lock and just kept opening by itself. We asked to change our room since it was revolting and was spoken down too, told we was lying (even though we showed the mould to two other staff members who agreed with us). The Australian man who was working was so disgusting the way he spoke to/about women, making dirty, sexist remarks constantly throughout the week. Would not recommend anyone staying here, especially if you are a young group of girls!
