I've just come back (today) from Rivari and can happily say that it was the most perfect break. Yes, the weather was spectacular and I will always love Greece but Hotel Rivari was really fantastic. Bougainvillea and grapevines everywhere, a lush garden with pomegranate, pear and lime trees as well as beautiful succulents and leafy plants. The main reception and...

We stayed for a week in Aug 16. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to all the local bars and restaurants , as well as a 10 minute drive to the airport. Breakfast was plenty of choice , although I thought lacked decent coffee and decent fresh juice. My partner has Coeliac Disease...

Although there's is a slight walk to the beach front to the restaurants, I can recommend this hotel. The pool is lovely with plenty of sunbeds.. No need to rush after breakfast. The breakfast is ok... One warning, if the milk tastes funny it's because it's long life and they store it in kitchen... However their kitchen, like other kitchens...

From the moment we set foot into this traditionally Greek hotel, we were greeted by incredibly friendly staff. The hotel is clean and in a convenient location. Our room was basic but had everything we needed. The pool area was quiet and in lovely surroundings. The pool bar was convenient serving a selection of light lunches and beverages. We did...

We stayed 7 days and this island was IMPRESSIVE - beautiful and friendly everywhere. This hotel was no exception...the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and on one occasion with a big smile went through a lot of trouble to help us, which saved our holiday. Our room was spotless. We spent a lot of time in the clean pool. The hotel...

Set back a slow 8 mins walk from the main promenade it was nice to walk past the beautiful church whilst the sun was disappearing into the caldera side of the island. Breakfast was simple - boiled eggs, pre-made omelette, cereals, breads & toaster, waffles, cheeses and cold meats. Lovely area to sit and enjoy breakfast near lobby. Room we...

We had a very nice stay at Rivari. Nice and clean place. The pool area was clean and quiet. The Staff is very helpful and smiling all the time. 10 minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast was good with homebaked bread and the famous greek yoghurt.

This hotel is a little gem and the staff are amazing. The whole place is spotlessly clean and it's just a short walk to the beach and the bars and Restauarant t along Kamari Beach. Why not a 5? Well in all fairness it's all about the lack of sunbeds; simply not enough if even half the guests wanted to...

I was there in this hotel for a week in late June of this year. Hotel is pretty decent for a week long vacation. The cleaning is done on a daily basis. Kamari beach is just 10 minutes walk. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to people traveling to Santorini
