Very nice, relaxing time - good accommodations and good people. Ken and Penny were very good hosts and even drove us to a bonfire one night. Nice rooms and enjoyed having a fire and hot tub in our room. Kevin & Sue

If you like to spend your hard earned money to be treated with indifference or outright rudeness, if you like to sleep in disgustingly filthy cabins that probably have not been given a good cleaning in years, if you like to be fed warmed-over pre-package process food, and if you like to pay $170/person/night for the privilege of being totally...

This place is clearly running on the coat tails of it's big sister, The Couples Resort. They have one thing in common, the same owner but thats where it ends. They maybe a "Carbon Neutral" resort. Who is to know. When we arrived on a Friday night, we were greeted by the female manager who reeked of cigarettes, in the...

This was our third time staying here. First time with a jacuzzi. That was a real treat for 2. As previous visits, the meals were delicious. Ken and Penny were very attentive and gracious. They look after your needs and are easy to talk to. Thanks to you both for making our stay so pleasant.

My husband & I stayed for a week at Adventure Lodge, just outside Algonquin Provincial Park (Whitney, ON) & can’t wait to return! We were in a lovely little log cabin complete with king-sized bed, fireplace, fridge & full bathroom. Steps away was the main lodge which houses the office & dining areas. Our hosts, Ken & Penny, were friendly...

We stayed here last year, early summer. The hosts Ken and Penny are wonderful, kind and welcoming. They do so much! The food was delicious. We had a lovely weekend together to re-connect. We will definitely be returning, can't wait!

If you're looking for a quiet getaway with your significant other...away from work, noise and the other distractions of life, this is for you!! Skiing in Algonquin at...

First time at this resort and we will be returning. Cabins are cozy, food was great and the scenery was fantastic. If you love to snowmobile, the trails are awesome and well maintained. You can walk on these trails as well and you get to see nature at it's best. Snowshoes are provided if you want to go into the...

Filthy floor, filthy toilet, overall... Not clean. Our complaints resulted in the floor being mopped with no bucket, a bare hand cleaning the toilet and that same bare hand cooking the meals. Health inspector anyone? Got a refund and out of there. Disgusting. NOT 5 stars by my standard. Not even close.

I had never booked this lodge in winter, only clement weather. What a treat. Three nights in a cozy log cabin with fire. Very reasonable price that includes lodging and two meals a day and a gratuity. Isolated. No distractions except nature. No Wifii. Yes.
