Nice hotel, The restaurant is very good too, and the Staff is superb and friendly. Breakfast -included- had a buffet. Location is perfect, right in the center of all things. You can walk everywhere. But the area is too loud and very frustating.

We got picked up at the airport. The person who took us to the hotel was great. He was very friendly. We received two welcome drinks and got escorted to our room. The room was nice, clean and functional. A/C working fine and good lighting. The inside pool view is nice but the outside view is not really all good.... More

The hotel is a decent three star with comfortable installations. However, the night I stayed the cleaning personnel was working at 4am in the lobby and speaking loud. I heard everything and has to ask twice to obtain some peace. Additionally, during the day there is a lot of noise entering from the street motorcycles and personal again yelling between... More

We stayed only for one night, arrived late in the evening and had to catch a plane next day in the morning. The Hotel is two blocks away from the city center. The city itself is not nice , very chaotic. The room was small and very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was not so good, bread juice, cafe and eggs...

We stay here with a friend in two different rooms. They picked us up from the airport in the very nice VAN with AC. The rooms were clean and were as good as we expected. The personnel that works there is very kind and very helpful with any question you've got. The restaurant was not available as they promise. I... More

It's a well located hotel (a couple of blocks of Tarapoto's Main Square) and near of local shops such as grosseries, drugstores, restaurants, etc. Rooms with air conditioning are available, pool and breakfast included. The only think I didn't like was the air conditioning. I found that the one of my room was not clean at all, That's the only... More

Terapoto can be a muggy place and this hotel will turn off the AC when you are not there. This means a room can be very uncomfortable when you arrive or after you return in the evening. They are also very careful in handing out towels, almost stingy. On a positive note the staff is helpful (but doesn't speak English).

We spent two nights in room 209, with the air conditioner blasting against the intense heat of the Amazon. After the first few hours, the room cooled down nicely. The people in this hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful, despite the fact that our Spanish is very limited. The airport transportation is a great benefit, breakfast is a nice buffet... More

The first couple days the stay was ok. 3rd day the staff decided we used too much hot water and entirely cut it off. one employee claimes the city had no water while another said their boiler broke. if you want a hot shower for more than 1 person this is not the place to go. Their pool never gets... More

Centrally-located, clean, quiet, safe hotel with the luxuries of air conditioning and hot water. The beds are comfortable. The windows are double-glazed to keep out the street noise. The complementary breakfast is ok. The staff are friendly and helpful and were always happy to provide assistance, including free airport transfers and free luggage storage while I went off adventuring.
