There were tea and coffee making facilities in our room, which we assumed was standard. The small fridge we found to be next to useless and it generated a huge amount of heat in the cupboard in which it was housed. On the plus side a very big safe is provided. We didn't think the price of drinks was too different from UK.
The Hotel offers a shuttle bus to Dubrovnik and Cavtat. We found this to be expensive and infrequent, and it was better to use the ferries or the buses. The latter would involve a walk up to the main road. Cavtat is worth more than one visit , as there are several good, scenic walks if you are in to that. It is also visited by super yachts which make a good spectacle.
A walk to the other end of the bay and across the scrubland will lead you to a war torn village which has never been repopulated. However, if you like beaches, this has the best one around. Very popular.
