We stayed in Bell Cottage. It was very comfortable and had been thoughtfully and very comprehensively equipped. It was our first post lockdown holiday and it was perfect. A very relaxing place to stay and the garden and seating areas are lovely too. Highly recommended.

Wow what a fantastic stay we had here .The cottage was immaculate , thoroughly cleaned due to the new guide lines to a very high standard .Everything you could need is in the cottage with some lovely personal touches such as milk in the fridge and biscuits Outside the contained garden area is well maintained with even a bunny and hens which my grandson loved to visit each morning. David came to say hello and checked if we needed anything We didn’t want to leave and high recommend a stay here

Thank you so much for such positive feedback! It's good to hear that you were enjoying your stay so much that you didn't want to leave!! I will pass on your comments to our fabulous housekeeping team who always work to an excellent standard keeping our cottages beautifully clean, and have been working above and beyond in recent months adhering to all the Covid cleaning protocols so we can keep everyone as safe as possible. Thank you for recommending our holiday accommodation to others which is particularly appreciated at an uncertain time for both holidaymakers and hospitality businesses. We hope you will come and see us again soon!

We have just returned from a four night stay at School Farm Cottages. We stayed in Swan Cottage which was scrupulously clean and made us feel very safe. The cottage was well equipped with very comfy single beds, spacious lounge, more than adequate kitchen...in fact everything we needed. We received a very warm welcome and could easily have contacted the owners during our stay should we have needed to do so. There looked to be lots of interesting country walks to be taken in the vicinity although we were not blessed with the best of weather to do this during our stay. We would definitely return to School Farm Cottages on a return visit to Suffolk.

What a shame that the weather wasn't the best when you stayed with us recently, but I'm pleased you were still able to enjoy your stay. It is good to know you felt reassured that we have done all we can to keep everyone safe. Guest feedback is always important to us and perhaps more so at this time when things are a little more uncertain. We would be pleased to welcome you back to School Farm if you ever decide to come back to Suffolk.

We stayed at the cottages for 4 nights. The facilities were fantastic. Could not recommend this place more. They were very welcoming, and could not have done more from a covid cleaning perspective. The kitchen was opening the best we have seen in terms of equipment from a self catering perspective.

This was our 4th visit to School Farm which again met all of our expectations, including safety protocols for Covid 19. Plenty of places to visit, good cycling country and coastal walks, opportunities to spot wildlife. Whilst out cycling from the cottage on the quiet roads we saw a deer crossing the nearby fields.

It is always encouraging when our guests return again and again! We're pleased you enjoyed your recent stay. The quiet lanes near us are ideal for cycling holidays and getting out into the beautiful Suffolk countryside - it was lovely to see you set off each day on your tandem! We are very fortunate to live in a quiet spot where you can get close to nature and see all sorts of wildlife. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We hope to be able to welcome you back to School Farm soon for holiday number 5!
