This lovely B&B is in a really peaceful location. After a warm welcome we were shown to our room on the ground floor. This room has doors opening out onto the patio, which is complete with hot tub! We chose the best night to stay, as it was a clear night and with no light pollution, you can star gaze from the hot tub. The rooms are linked to the owners house by the breakfast /sunroom which you also have use of during your stay. Our room had a fridge with fresh milk for tea/coffee as well as water. A nice extra touch would have been a welcome drink & cake/biscuit. Breakfast was very nice and like many I would recommend the home made granola with yoghurt and fruit and a full English on the side 😊. Personal opinion on the rooms. Go for the ground floor if you like sitting outside/wish to use the hot tub (this is for both rooms to use but outside the ground floor room). I would anticipate that the top floor room maybe quieter. To explain the B&B has been built using methods in keeping with the 470 year old owners house, which means you hear more general noise. Although, ear plugs are kindly provided if you are a lighter sleeper! We would definitely stay again.

Hi Nicha Glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Regarding the welcome drink, I am not sure when you stayed, so cannot check your arrival time but we have a general rule of thumb that if a guest arrives before 4.30 pm in the afternoon then we do indeed offer to make them complimentary tea/coffee and cake. Later than this we feel it would spoil their supper/dinner out and so do not do so. Kind regards Jane

Lovely bed and breakfast, owners are very welcoming and helpful . Room was of a high standard and clean . Love that you get a fridge with bottled water and milk. A bit off the beaten track but this adds to the charm. Breakfast was excellent, especially home made granola , fresh fruit toast and jams , all presented lovely. we would recommend and would return. Lovely part of the country.

If you are looking for five star accommodation PLUS in the heart of the beautiful Suffolk countryside then Corner Farm is definitely the place for you. We were warmly welcomed by Jane on our arrival with coffee and homemade cake and within minutes felt completely settled and relaxed. We stayed in the Tamworth Room on the ground floor and there was everything you could possible want, even down to slippers. There are double doors opening out to the lawn with a patio, hot tub and table and chairs. We were eager to explore and found six Tamworth pigs in ideal wooded surroundings and cockerels and hens which we later discovered provided the best and freshest eggs we've ever had as we watched Jane collect them just before breakfast, which we eagerly awaited. As we stepped out of our room into the dining room we saw a laden table before us, and it was, without doubt, the best breakfast we've ever had!! A special mention for the homemade granola, something we don't eat as a rule but we just couldn't resist it each morning, absolutely delicious. We were joined for a celebration by family the next day who stayed in the Orpington Room and the surroundings and ambiance were perfect and they loved it as much as we did. Jane and Tony are extremely good hosts and very informative and we had a delightful day enjoying Tony's recommendations of a visit to Aldeburgh and Thorpeness. If you are a larger family who need more than two rooms then there is a separate, self catering luxury barn in the grounds with loads of space for children to play, explore and enjoy themselves. A big thank you Jane and Tony and we look forward to visiting again. Very highly recommended.

The challenge was to find a base for us to spend a weekend away in Suffolk in May, near enough to our friends for us to be able to enjoy the locality and then to attend a fabulous birthday celebration on the Sunday. Corner Farm proved to be more than just perfect. Engaging with Jane and or Toni for booking is just so straight forward and relaxed that I had started to worry that I had missed something. No the confirmation was received well in advance, and the directions on how to get there were just perfect. From the point of driving into the secure off street parking on Friday, to pulling out of the driveway on Sunday morning was just fabulous. Being greeted by a smiling Toni, and welcomed into his and Jane's home was amazing. He was so informative, not just about the history of the lovely house, but also about the local amenities and recommendations for who to call and where to go for a bite to eat. We were shown to the Orpington room on the first floor and whilst I struggle for words to adequately describe it I hope the pictures below do it full justice. In the morning the spread provided for the Full Breakfast was more than adequate to set anyone up for a full day ahead but also of superb quality. The homemade Granola is amongst the very best that I've ever eaten, and the fruit selection alongside it was so sweet and juicy. The locally sourced sausages, bacon and eggs were perfectly cooked and so flavourful, which when paired with the mushroom and tomatoes that were positively bursting with flavour just finished me off. . . . . Both Jane and Toni are very attentive hosts but are not intrusive, the feeling was that we had truly been welcomed into their home, and yet both we and they retain our privacy with separate access to the accommodation. The facilities are beyond what you would expect from a B & B. All we have to do now is find the right dates to return and enjoy it all again, I can fully understand why and how the Corner Farm is so busy, and I cannot recommend visiting Toni and Jane enough. Thank you.

This place is charming and the owners very welcoming. The B&B rooms in the barn have been designed to give two beautifully furnished rooms, with special little touches. We would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a unique experience.
