Mandy hosted us for a two night stay in a very comfortable twin room beautifully decorated and well appointed. We would be very pleased to stay again and enjoy the beach accessed from the back gate Lots of parking and plenty of space and so close to the beach and other amenities

Stayed here last year and was delighted to be back in this fabulous location. Was lucky enough to have a beautiful sea view room, an enormous bed and a fabulous bathroom. Waking to the sound of the sea through the open windows is wonderful. The host and her team look after you so well, from providing huge, varied, breakfasts to happily sharing great local knowledge and advice. The back gate opens onto the Norfolk Coast path and the beach. Many of the rooms and most of the house have been completely refurbished, the attention to detail is excellent.

Perfect base for coastal Norfolk. The refurb program is rolling on and our room was clean and tidy. Good bathroom. As close to the sea as you could wish. The best till last, the owners lovely genuine people who cannot do enough, including providing an excellent breakfast. Thanks for letting us stay!

We booked a twin room for one night and on arrival were offered a king sized double with sea view. Needless to say we accepted. Everything was marvellous. The room was spotless, the ensuite a delight. We went to sleep with the sound of waves breaking on the beach. Next morning breakfast. Fresh fruit salad to start or pancakes with fruit and maple syrup. Then choice of full English breakfast or salmon with crushed avocado and scrambled or poached eggs on toasted muffins. Unlimited tea or coffee, fruit juice and cereals. Any combinations were no problem whatsoever. Lovely and peaceful stay. Just what the doctor ordered. Thanks for a terrific stay. Hope you continue through the lockdown.
