I brought my mother to stay for a night to celebrate her 82nd Birthday. Our stay was flawless. The room cosy & perfectly appointed. The staff wonderful, the views heaven. Great breakfast too. Should have stayed longer. We will be back!! 💕💕💕💕
Once again The Bayview didn’t disappoint. Lovely welcome on arrival from Sandra and the owner also took time to chat and welcome us back. Our room was perfect! Complimentary water, crisps, biscuits, rituals bath products and of course the stunning sea view! Our fillet steaks in The Porthole restaurant were absolutely delicious, many thanks to Manny for looking after us. All the restaurant and bar staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Fiona for looking after our booking it was very much appreciated! Can’t wait to return.
The ambience, service & cleanliness is second to none at the Bayview Hotel in Portballintrae. You immediately feel relaxed in a welcoming atmosphere. The bedrooms are a great size, spotless and decorated to enhance a relaxing aura. The owner & staff are so friendly, you never want to leave! Then theres the view from the hotel….has to be seen to be believed! We would highly recommend a stay here.
Lovely room. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere and good food. The hotel is within walking distance of the Giant’s Causeway along the miniature railway line. Also close to Dunluce Castle and within walking distance of Bushmills.
Excellent stay guinnes beer and food excellent rooms superb very clean. one one thing I'd say is the price off a bag off tayto cheese and onion is just to much at £1.65 Staff and service was excellent thank you
We had the most enjoyable stay for our mum’s 70th birthday in this lovely family run hotel. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, lovely food and spectacular sea views from dining room and bedroom, a lovely boutique hotel and great base if your taking in the scenic route of the beautiful Antrim coastline.
It's been a while since my wife and I last stayed (January) but we've been there about half a dozen times and its our first choice when we want to get a wee local break. Based on our experience I can't fault anything about the Bayview - the staff, accommodation and food are great and its a pleasure returning every time. We've recommended it to lots of people and haven't heard a bad report back. If you haven't been, try it.
We booked a package that included both breakfast, dinner and a glass of wine !!! Staff from when we checked in till we departed were so friendly and efficient . Would highly recommend I will definitely return.
The 3 Course set menu is pretty good value,my steak was pretty good although chips were cold but my wife’s Mushrooms on toast was tasteless and the sour dough was not toasted. Disappointing evening although the Guinness was very good and the staff were friendly and attentive.
This was our third stay in as many months which just about says it all. Everything about this hotel is faultless from the superb room with the fantastic view to the delicious food in the restaurant, but what really makes it stand out is the staff. From the cleaning staff who ensure that you arrive to a spotless room, to the friendly welcome at reception. From the chefs who prepare the meals and the restaurant staff who serve them and keep smiling even when they are under such pressure on a very busy evening. They are all brilliant and the management can be so proud of them. Thanks again to them all. We have already booked a return visit.
