Have been here previously and was impressed however ... Went for a family lunch. The starter was mildly warm when brought to the table. Had to wait for cutlery thus garlic mushrooms were cold and bread soggy. The waitress did offer to get a fresh course but we were halfway through by then. Main course of roast beef, again not...

We had a 5pm voucher for diner bed and breakfast. 2 of the 3 were fantastic. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful food and fantastic service. After a lovely evening we went to bed, quite late. It was only then we realised that the bed was very uncomfortable. It was actually painful to lie in it. We would have just gone home but...

Stayed for 3 nights. Excellent service from the staff. The food was to die for. We did have issues with our room such as no bath plug and the sink plug was jammed but they were sorted out immediately. One thing that couldn't be sorted was the socket above the desk was too low down so you couldn't plug anything in...

Yesterday we had booked the Opal suite for a private dining experience for my Grans 80th Birthday. The room was set beautifully with 2 large tables. My aunt had explained that the 'Grandchildren' would sit at one table. On arriving in the room, we found colouring sheets and crayons ready for us. This started great hilarity as the youngest grandchild...

We had booked a suite and it was fabulous, clean and very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The one thing that let the hotel down was the food, the cooked breakfast was awful, we couldn't eat it, oily potato, watery mushrooms, hard bacon and eggs that had obviously been cooked at least an hour previously. I had...

Tried the radstone grill night menu, fair price for the food quality. My daughter had chicken in breadcrumbs and she wouldn't eat it - usually her favourite. 3 of us tasted a bit of it and each thought it tasted off. (Still haunting me) Desserts were really nice. Location is lovely and so is the decor. Staff mainly friendly, could...

My new husband and I got married here on Friday 12th May. This hotel couldn't have done anymore for us! Our wedding coordinator Emerald, housekeeping (Lisa), and staff that assisted with the evening reception (didn't catch the fella's name :( ) were fantastic, and were always keeping us in the loop with things and making sure all our guests were...
