We stayed for one night here on our way to Strasbourg. We arrived quite late and were politely informed that if we wanted dinner then we’d have to be prompt. The dinner was at a reduced rate because we were guests and while well prepared and cooked enough – three courses, wasn’t particularly interesting and it was a shame that we weren’t offered the normal A la carte list. (we might have been to late to be offered that). One of our party didn’t want the main course (steak). Breakfast the next morning (included in the price) was very informal, where all the guests sat at one big table together. I don't remember any cooked options, but lots of other things - croissants, pastries, juice, coffee, cereal, yoghurts - a good spread! We certainly didn't leave hungry.

We (a couple) stayed in the Blue Room, which was small but perfectly formed! I really liked the coziness of our room and the decor, but it was small and some would probably find it too small. But correspondingly it was very inexpensive.

Our friends who we were traveling with...
