We arrived at this located late Sat Night after a drive from Bergerac airport. The hotel is situated on the main road through La Roque Gageac, right on the river. There is parking some 150 mars away, and we was supplied with a parking pass for this car park whilst we was at this hotel. The reception is very clean...

We stayed at the hotel for one night which included a breakfast. I had read that the bathrooms could do with a bit of modernising, but I felt that the price was reflective of the standard of the hotel which we found to be clean and tidy in a great location. Tea & coffee making facilites were provided in the...

This small quaint place is run by a very nice, keen young couple. The room was comfortable but the bathroom is in need of updating, but adequate. The rooms are approached by a very narrow spiral staircase so you need to be fairly fit! And getting a large suitcase up is a challenge! The husband is the chef. He produces...

We arrived in the very beautiful La Roque-Gageac on a Thursday and La Plume D'oie restaurant (attached to the hotel of the same name) was recommended by our host. We are so glad we took their advice. The very helpful Sophie greeted us and carefully deciphered the menu. She is clearly passionate about the food and this made us keen...

Lovely historical auberge located in an atmospheric village next to the Dordogne and near sights. Friendly staff. Room tiny and up spiral stairs but fitted with everything needed for pleasant stay. Parking nearby and comped by hotel. Enjoyed the river views.

Thanks so much to Marc for a delightful stay and meal at La Plume d'Oie! The service was very personal and welcoming, and the breakfast (not included in room price) was incredible. All meals are homemade by Marc (trained chef). Although the bathrooms had a very small shower with no curtain and there was no AC, our stay was an...
