Having stayed at Barnsdale Hall previously, a welcome stopover after a long day driving on the A1 would be perfect. In a lovely peaceful setting with excellent leisure facilities and a well presented room, we assumed a evening dinner in the restaurant or bar would be a nice end to the day. However, unable to book a table at a... More

The service and staff just fine the room was clean and fresh. To get to the spar and restaurant was up a lot of steps (see photo) so if you are not to good on your... More

If this offer comes up on wowcher again....Book it! We paid £55 for the floatation therapy, lunch and spa use for the two of us, absolute bargain. The floatation therapy was heavenly, lunch was delicious and then we spent the rest of the afternoon using the pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Such a treat for a bargain price.

We spent a great week in November, a cold November, in an apartment in the complex. The apartment was great, with good facilities, but the heating system was inadequate, as was the lack of wifi. The pool complex with its steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi were first class. The bar and restaurant provide a good range of food and drinks,... More

Stayed here for 2 nights with friends. Great, well appointed, spacious room with stunning view towards Rutland Water. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Getting around the spa and the leisure centre is a bit complicated and the bar and restaurant area lack any character.

Visited today with a friend after she booked a wowcher deal for £50 for my birthday. We had a friendly greeting and shown to the spa to check in. We asked about booking treatments but told they were fully booked. This was fair enough as we'd been advised to book in advance. So we headed down to the pool area.... More

I grew up round here and remember the lodges being built. I remember being fascinated by this big house on the hill that I could see from the school bus. I was given a voucher for a bed and breakfast so was quite interested to go back and stay. I had to call up 3 times before I could speak... More
