We stayed for 1 night and found it very convenient and pleasant. Our welcome was friendly and the room perfectly adequate, comfortable and clean. It was nicely located by the river. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good but we were hoping for local trout and were told they are not allowed to sell local fish! We...

Thanks very much. Yes trout is often asked for but is not available as a commercial fish. We do offer a "you catch it, we'll cook it service" that's available with prior arrangement.

Another trip to the Bridge Motel and everytthing was excellent as usual. This trip we were there for 25 days Our unit was always spotless. The food service is always good. It is a good sign when a lot of the diners are locals.

My room was clean and comfortable and well serviced. The restaurant and pub had a good menu (both food and beverages) plus a good ambiance. The manager and team were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay if visiting or passing through Turangi.

Having some a lot of driving on our holiday, it was so welcome to stay at Turangi Bridge. For a family of four, we had two very clean adjoining rooms. Plenty of space. And the staff were very friendly

This property is handy to the river if your interested in Trout Fishing. I was there for work over two days, so only slept there. Room was comfortable enough, although I was disappointed on arrival to find neither a coffee plunger, a microwave or Sky television. Surely basic appointments in any NZ motel these days. And I do stay in...

Thanks for your comments. A coffee plunger and microwave are standard in our Kitchen Studio units but not in our standard Studios so next time you can have those facilities if you book the Kitchen Studio (just $10 per night extra). All the available facilities are well documented in our online sites. Sky Television will never be in any motel...

We spent three nights here: before, after our Tongariro Crossing experience plus a spare night to recover before continuing our tour of the North Island. The motel was easy to find and although it is on a main road, it's quiet. Our accommodation was contemporary, spacious and with a lovely outlook towards the river. The check-in/check-out procedures were fuss-free and...

I came with 4 others to Turangi as a rest stop before attempting the Tongariro Crossing. We arrived late from Auckland, but everything was already ready and we could just relax for the night! The reception was also able to book our Tongariro shuttles ahead of time and charged it to my credit card without any fuss - all we...
