Stayed for 3 nights in January, 2016 with a team of travel agents (trip for Dolomiti Alps skiing resort review). The hotel offered best looking modern rooms with best bathrooms (sliding glass doors, good quality equipment) we ever seen in a 3* hotel in Italy! Soft beds, good quality bedding, nice interior of the rooms. But most surprising and attractive... More

Modern and spacious rooms, perfect location and friendly staff. The design, look and atmosphere is really great. Good restaurant. I stayed in the hotel in connection to the Marcialonga ski race this year.

We stayed here for two weeks at the end of June with our three children (6,4 and 1) and my mother. The hotel staff couldn't have done anymore to make our stay such a wonderful experience. The food was excellent and our children ate amazingly well ( much better than at home when sometimes dishes are just looked at and... More

This hotel is either for families with very young kids or senior citizens. You walk in and feel like you have entered a very clean kindergarten classroom - the furnishings are straight out of an ikea catalogue . The service was excellent . the Food was a little strange for our taste but overall it was edible. Be aware that... More

Dear Guests! Thank you very much for appreciating our service and staff. We are very sorry for not having completely satisfied your palate however we only use local products in creative recipies and our food is of course italian but from the region. The air conditioning is not a must for us because we are located at a 1000 m... More

Excellent service and great food in quiet surroundings; overall maybe the best in Cavalese - unless you are looking for pulsating nightlife and afterski action. You will find hotels with with more facilities, but this is for sure my preferred hotel in Cavalese.

We stayed in the hotel in August 2012. The hotel is situated in a lovely village called , cavalese, which has many serene points and lots of action which you can do around (the mountain nearby, with many walks, tree-climbing park , river rafting , and ski in the winter). As you enter the hotel, you get the sense of... More

I had the opportunity to spend a week end at the hotel at the end of the ski season. This is exactly the place where you can say without any doubt that 'people make the difference'!!! Starting from the booking procedure I had experienced the warmness and kindness of the Azalea's team, continuing with the very nice surprise that at... More

I am a bit afraid of telling the rest of the world about this "hidden" secret, but it is for sure one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in ever! Fresh and modern rooms, great location and friendly personnel. The design, look and atmosphere is superb! I've stayed in the hotel twice in connection to the Marcialonga ski race and... More

A little crowded but still very pleasant hotel with charming location (in the historic part of the city), interesting wellness center and nice nursery with tones of toy blocks. Very convenient for skiers. Family-friendly. However there are tiny wardrobes and no refrigerators in rooms, what makes longer stay with a baby a bit difficult. Eco-friendly ;-) (hint: towels and sheets... More

We are very grateful when our guests make the comments that help us to improve. We too have noticed that the laundry has sometimes a strange smell and we told the supplier. It should be the packaging machine for the transport. By the way eco-friendly means more than sheets with a weird smell for example no frigde in the rooms... More

Although not ideally located, the hotel offers a lot of top qualities services. Stilishly designed (with contemporary furniture and architecture), energy-saving planned, the hotel offers spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, with well and modernly equipped bathrooms. Food quality is very good to excellent. Buffet breakfast with all kinds of croissant, bread, jam, marmalade, cereals and delicatessen on the table; tea... More
