This was the best hotel on our vacation. Mr Mario and his wife Giusi, owners of the hotel, are wonderful people, extremely kind, always happy and very helpful. The hotel's location is perfect, very close to the beach, the restaurants and the main street. Mr. Mario also arranged for the reservation of beach chairs with umbrellas. The guests can have breakfast calmly and still go to the beach to their reserved place in the first row of chairs. And the breakfast is just fantastic. The drinks, juices, coffee, lots of very tasty fruits, different breads, pies, sweets, cookies, jams, in short, a breakfast of the highest standards of quality, flavor and variety. The room was very comfortable, with air conditioned, spacious and always very clean. Many other details make the difference, like always fresh towels to go to the beach, candies to receive us in the reception, very good amenities in the bathroom, certainly the best hotel on our vacation and one of the best hotels I've ever been to in my life, thanks to the care, whim and kindness of its owners. One of the places that we keep the best memories in our life and we must return!

Loved this place. Mario and his wife were very helpful and friendly throughout the trip. Hotel was very clean and fresh looking. Great location only a few minutes from the beach. If you have a car, you can also drive about 10 mins to some beautiful and slightly more secluded beaches around the headland. San Vito Lo Capo was fantastic with a very friendly vibe, great for families and not too expensive either. Great all round experience and would highly recommend Hotel Biancolilla.

I spent four days in San Vito with my wife and our two children (7 & 9) at the end of May 2019. We stayed in hotel Biancolilla which counts 8 brand new, sparkling clean and spacious rooms. It is situated less than 200m from the beach and it allows to reach in few steps the center of the village with amazing restaurants and gelateria ( see my review for ristorantino L’Amuri and gelateria Minaudo) and the road to visit the natural park of Lo Zingaro. The breakfast is rich, various and genuine and it is served on the last floor terrace from where you can admire a crystal clear sea and the surrounding mountains. Already these elements would have already deserved a top score. To complete the picture, I would like to tell you about Giusy and Mario, the owners, who have the extraordinary ability of combining professionalism, sympathy and kindness: so rare. To give you an example, we accidentally forgot our passports in the hotel and Mario rode from San Vito to Palermo to allow us to flight back home. It was a race against time. We enjoyed staying with them so much that we are planning to come back for next school holiday week in autumn! In a nutshell, if you’re looking for an hotel where appearance is underpinned by solid substance, you will love Hotel Biancolilla! We definitely recommend it!

We stayed just before the start of the season and were probably the only guests. Rooms are new, very well equipped and very clean. The host family is very caring and nice. Breakfast was fresh and with a nice choice on their beautiful and very nice terrace. Overall very good experience.

We stayed as a couple for 4 nights at the beginning of sept. San vito lo capo is a charming small non touristy town with a beautiful beach and coast line. We were not sure what to expect as we would normally probably stay in 4/5 star hotels with more amenities but the town mainly consists of small family run hotels/guest houses so we thought we would give them a go. I went from the reviews on trip advisor and they were spot on. Great location close to the beach and restaurants, although virtually all of the accommodation is. We arrived on a very stormy wet day to a warm welcome and a great cappuccino by Mario one of the owners. We were shown to our room which was spotlessly clean some larger hotels should take some lessons in how to clean a hotel room. everything looked very new it was a lovely size with everything needed. It was situated on the first floor with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was on the roof top which consisted of cakes, pastries, cereals, fruit and yogurts typical Sicilian fair. You could tell that the owners take pride in what they do and it shows ,always there to help and give advise on what to do or where eat. They helped arrange restaurant bookings, taxis and trips nothing was too much trouble. On one evening I had asked for a good restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a lovely meal, at the end of the meal the lights were turned off in the very busy restaurant and we saw a big sparkler on a cake and we thought it was somebody's birthday the cake kept coming to us very red faced it was put on our table a big happy anniversary cake from the hotel. A lovely touch. I would highly recommend this lovely small hotel and we hope to be back sometime soon thank you Mario.
