My family and I stayed for four nights in July. Firstly, its not hard to get too and only 30 minutes from Olbia. The proximity to Posada and Budoni is very near (10-15 minutes). The hotel has a pool which is great for small kids and offer fresh grown vegetables everyday which was great. There are a few beaches within driving beaches, but you cannot walk to any as we assumed initially when looking at Google maps. Shops are also located in the neighbouring towns. We struggled to connect to the wifi with our iphones, but eventually connected after the second day. It might be a standard in Italy, but the 15 euro fee for bedding was surprising for myself compared to similar accomodation we have stayed at. Futhermore a 40 euro cleaning fee which I thought was steep. All excluded and in the fine print which I must admit did not see. Other than that, its a very accomodation is neat and most ammenities are available.

Residence Sa Raiga is very well maintained. The gardens are beautifull, the houses small but well equiped and very clean. We found some homegrown veggies in the fridge on the day we arrived. A very kind and much appreciated gesture. The living room and sleeping room have airco. Wifi worked in our appartment, though it wasn't very fast. The bathroom is very small and offers a washing machine. The kitchen is very complete (incl. an oven). If you need it you can ask for a waterboiler and coffeemachine at the reception. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the views. If you are looking for restaurants, bars and services on the beach you will have to take a car. We went to Posada, Budoni and the beach at Orville. All at a short distance. Take mosquito repellent with you because there are many, night and day!

We were there already second time. Very beautiful nature - little houses surrounded by hills. Very quiet and natural place with garden and pool. Car is needed, parking is free of charge. Nearest city is Budoni, appr 7 km.

Sa Raiga is a good place to visit north-east sardinia. We had a nice Welcome with typical sardinian products. Staff is polite and helpfull. The appartments are neat. Sa Raiga offers a pool, which looked good but we prefered to go to the beaches. Capo comino e.g. is a 25km drive. From Sa Raiga you can easily visit beaches near San Toledo down to capo comino and berchida. (Mostly long, stretched beaches, White sand.) Some where more crowded then others. Personaly I like the beaches near cala gonone more (better for snorkeling) but thats an hour drive. So you have to plan your trips. Sa Raiga can be your perfect base to do so. It suited us (couple) but I think it's a good place for families with kids.

My family spent 10 days in this very nice and friendly place. The "resort" is kind of secluded from rush places. It has beautifull well maintened garden and relaxing swimming pool. Friendly staff. Very good value for the money spent.
