We have just spent 3 fabulous nights with Jo and Kurt and enjoyed delicious breakfasts and great company. The unit was well appointed with great views and plenty of birdsong. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we will be recommending it to everyone.

I was at Te Kouma B&B about two weeks ago in December. A luxury stay I'd say. Breathtaking view of the sapphire sea, room lined with bookshelves, a yummy breakfast - wish I could stay there for a few months. Add to that Kurt and Jo are wonderful hosts, not only did we have an full of laughter conversation over...

Kurt and Jo are delightful welcoming hosts. Their beautifully situated property offers a respite from the challenges of urban life. We sat on the balcony as the sun set and enjoyed the view of the stars appearing in the vast sky overhead. The home made produce for breakfast kept us going all day. If you are planning a visit to...

We stayed at Te Kouma way back in 2010 and although we have thought about our stay with Kurt and Jo on many occasions we have never quite got around to saying - until now - how much we enjoyed their hospitality and their wonderful B&B. The views from our room were spectacular and there can't be many places in...

The rooms are comfortable and have an amazing view out over the harbour. Low light pollution also allows for good star viewing from the...

In Dec. 2012 we spent 2 weeks touring New Zealand from Bay of Islands to South Island fiords, staying mainly in B & B's. We Spent 2 nights at Te Kouma, this was a memorable experience. Situated just outside Coromandel Town with a stunning uninterrupted view over the coast. Take a glass of wine on your private balcony and watch...

First of all a tip for travelling here. Even if you don't stay in coromandel but on the other site of the peninsula, take the western road next to the coast up. Especially at high tide its absolutely gorgeous. It's very windy so you need about 1 hour for 50 kilometers, but its well worth it. Beautiful scenery, you'll just...

We stayed in Te Kouma in January with our two little girls and we loved it. The cottage was charming, extremely clean. The view on the lake was just beautiful... Kurt and Jo were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good (and Jo's blueberry muffins excellent!) We would be very happy to come back and stay longer this time.

Thank Vanessa B
