My girlfriend booked this after seeing a wowcher for a long weekend. Having read the reviews we were really looking forward to it. Upon arrival we were greater the first problem - car parking. It seems to be a bit of a free for all with no markings. However there is some parking on the street of you'll be OK... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at The Wesleton Crown - our room was very comfortable with a lovely slipper bath, a powerful shower and a cosy bed - and pet friendy too! The hotel is full of character and, although spacious, it is very cosy, homely and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was delicious with a varied... More

The food, the ales, the rooms and the service all have to be experienced to understand just how good the Crown is. All of the rooms have been recently furnished to a very high standard and are highly individual. On arrival you just feel at home with the little touches that make such a difference. The menu is varied and... More

The rooms are well appointed in a rustic style as befits an inn of this character. They are well maintained and spotlessly clean. The restaurant was similarly furnished, which adds to the country feel. Ideal for a short weekend of country walking, which is what brought us here. The restaurant, although quite expensive, serves excellent well prepared and well presented... More

Upgraded to a suite on arrival, the accommodation was excellent - like a small cottage with long and wet room downstairs, bedroom and bath upstairs. Beer in pub was excellent, and the food was to a good standard. Staff friendly.

We stayed at The Westleton Crown for 2 nights B&B with dinner on one night which cost a total of £310. We stayed in Avocet room in the main building which is a better room. The room was surprisingly small but tastefully decorated. The room was at the front of the hotel which is situated on the main road through... More

My husband and I enjoyed 2 nights on a Living Social deal. Our double room was fresh and comfortable and our dog was welcomed with biscuits and a rug. We ate 'in' both nights. Not cheap but delicious and well presented in front of a log fire. I particularly enjoyed the local DJs raspberry wine. We had a lovely day... More

Stayed in the main building room was very clean and comfortable, not huge but it was just one night so fine. Wonderful staff every person was helpful and friendly a great asset to a great venue. In a quiet village but with good links to the surrounding area, Aldeburgh and Southwold worth a visit.

We stayed in the building itself, of which we thought we would be grateful as it was a windy night. However, we were supposed to be in one of their 'better' rooms so I wonder what the 'standards' were like. Although clean, the paint was marked, and the room was tiny. The floor in the room above was rather noisy.... More
