We chose to stay here on our last night on the Camino and have a shorter walk into Santiago. It was a wonderful choice! Pepe was a gracious, fun, and accommodating host! He made a delicious dinner for all of us and his tortilla de pulpo was memorable. There was a lovely young lady who took care of us (cannot...

We treated ourselves to this one extra stop on our pilgrimage: it is only about 13 km from the Cathedral in Santiago but it was so nice to farewell some fellow travelers and relax in this delightful setting. The elegant shared living/dining room, the quiet back garden with benches and wicker chairs, the generous proportions of our bedroom and en...

Our group of 14 pilgrims stopped for a night before finishing the camino and were so glad we did. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the service was outstanding and the chef prepared a special menu that was fabulous. It is right on the camino, quiet and well worth the stop.

On our last leg of the Portuguese way of the Camino - once can eaisly do the trip fro mPadron to Santiago in one stretch. However - we chose tot break the journey and overnight at the Parada de Francos. And just as well ,as we came in soaking wet after a morning of walking in solid rain. Good value...

The young hosts of this casa are very accommodating. We needed to leave early, so they were very willing to prepare the breakfast and leave it in the fridge for us to access in the morning. Because it was off peak season when we stayed, breakfast was included in the tariff. The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of...

Hi David, sorry for being so late. But after our flight back home I went for another 2,5 weeks to uk with Emma. We want to say thank you for the really great days. You cared so lovely about Emma and me and every wish was fullfilled. You played with the ball with her and she could ran without the...

We walked past this on the camino trail and had to turn back. Rubbish map reading and no sign, also we were carried away by the tranquillity of the place. Come inside and it is gorgeous and the welcome typical of galicia. This little pension has all the style of a top class boutique in any city but nestled in...

Beautiful small 10 roomed hotel, set in glorious surroundings - we were a group of sisters doing the last section of the Portuguese Camino - dont think we could have had a nicer stopover for our last hotel before we hit Santiago. Food was the best we had all week and the rooms were just perfect! The owner/chef was very...

Stayed here on my last day of walking the Camino - we had prebooked several small hotels and guest houses and this was the very best of them all. Beautiful country house with its own living area and garden - gorgeous spotless rooms - there were 6 of us - Pepe and Mario were really welcoming and looked after us...

Rude and impersonable hospitality. Didn't even eat breakfast there--couldn't wait to leave. Dinner was no more than tapas. Do NOT recommend. Room was clean. Only two word said to me we're credit card and passport. Partner fluid in Spanish . No more said to him. Didn't tell us time of dinner or breakfast. Rude
