The Mas Nou resort, with its typical regional architecture, is situated in the middle of the Club Golf d’Aro golf course on a plateau, not far from unique nature reserves and la Garrotxa volcanic landscape. Walks, cycling trips, swimming or an excursion to Barcelona ensure a diverse holiday. Children can play in the Mini & Maxi Club.

Nice room, overall very silent (i don't understand the negatieve Review about being noisy, maybe the noise happened in a different week than ours). The snackbar was open, and it offered limited meals. It was a pity that the restaurant was closed.

Noisy Resort. The Golf court maintenance team makes lots of noisy starting from water sprinklers at 06:00 am in the morning all the way to cutting the grass from 07:00 am. Due to the noise, I would not recommend this resort for families travelling with small children and/or babies as well as if you are looking for a quiet place to rest.

Stayed last fall for two weeks and had a good time. The apartments were clean and nice with everyting stocked that you needed. We ovelooked the town, the Sea and the golf course. For and American traveling in Europe it was good value. The meals in the resturant were of mixed quality - sometimes very good sometimes average. We used this as an excellent base to tour the Costa Brava region.

A disaster! Broken nights and tiredness due to hell noise from 5-6 o'clock in the morning due to noisy mowing of golf course. Holiday is largely ruined due to lack of sleep. Despite the fact that the golf course belongs to another owner, Hapimag should have reported this in advance (it was a known problem we discovered) and then had to do more to solve it. We have NOT been offered another apartment despite a request from Booking.com. Scandalous.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife and 2 children aged 8 and 11 and had a wonderful time. The apartment while a little dated has an authentic Spanish feel to it and the balcony was quite small but it shouln't take from the overall experience. The view over the golf course and surrounding hills made up for this. The resort is clean, quite and peaceful. The photos posted by Роман Л in Sep 2018 are a fair reflection of the types of room. There is no air conditioning in the apartments. The resort is situated on a plateau off the surrounding hills but makes for a nice but challenging run/walk is you like some outdoor exercise. Breakfast was included as part of our booking and it was very good. We had breakfast the 4 mornings and enjoyed it. The girl who looks after the breakfast service is excellent. She is attentive and pleasant. Breakfast is €11 for adults and €5.50 for children. We has dinner one evening which was good. The service was slightly chaotic and lacked leadership. I think we were asked by 5 different staff members what we would like to order considering we had already ordered. To me it had the appearace of local staff and German/Swiss staff on a summer job with nobody willing to take direction. Too many bosses perhaps. The pool and grounds of the hotel are off the highest quality, clean and well maintained. The resort does really feel and have the appearance of a village in Spain. There are plenty of sun beds for all and the pool gets very busy. if you want to get a swim in hit the pool early. The reception staff were excellent. Some of the arranged trips (kayaking and Snorkeling & hiking trips) looked really good and not over priced. Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to try them. Parking is charged at €4 per day. The closest town is Plajta D'Aro which is really nice. When we left Plajta D'aro we travelled to Roses for 6 nights and Plajta D'Aro is much nicer. Better beaches. The kids loved the waterpark Aquadiver which worked out a €140 for a day. If we had been more careful we could have booked online the previous day and saved ourselves €20. Of the 3 Waterparks in the Costa Brava I would recommed this one and it seems the least busy of the three and it is fun. What I liked about Hapimag was the resort/village feel to the place. As it is away from the coast a bit it doesnt have the feel of a "Costa highrise with a pool stuck in the corner." You need your own transport and it appears to very popular with Dutch, German and French guests evident from the vehicles in the car park. I highly recoomend Hapimag. The Hapimag brand really impressed me and as I am hoildaying in Austria next summer I will be checking out Hapimag accommodations. I will stay here again. Thank You.
