We returned yesterday, 6th December, after a very enjoyable stay with some of the extended family. We flew in from Germany and my relations, from England, with no problems. The buildings I would rate with a 6 - 7 because some repairs needed doing, for instance the broken doors in the Reception toilets. The food I would rate 9, and...

We stayed in a large 1 bedroom apartment (room 132) with no view at the back but the balcony did get the sun in the afternoon. Nice view of the pool from the bedroom window. Maid service every day apart from sunday and thursday. The hotel is a bit tired (some holes in the bath towels etc but this didnt...

The hotel and the room were good, the room was actually an apartman with a well equipped kitchen, big bedroom and living room, looking over the pool. They didn't change the towels during the 4 days but they mentioned this at check-in. Cleaning was every day though. The food wasn't the best, expected more local food but there was only...

We stayed for 7 nights in October half term. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment that was absolutely massive. Double bedroom had no wardrobe and the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Nice views over the harbour. Twin bedroom had an additional sofa bed and massive wardrobe. Inland view. Kitchen/dining/lounge was HUGE and had further sofa bed, sofa, dining...

Just come back from a 4 night break. I am not fussy when it comes to hotels but this has to be the most peculiar I have stayed in. It just scrapes a 3 star by the skin of its teeth. We picked this hotel because it had good reviews a while back now they are all bad. Breakfast is...

Overall a good holiday, staff were friendly. food was plenty full although not very hot.hotel was in need of some minor repairs. Bed linen did not fit the beds only one pillow asked at reception for an additional pillow said they didn't have any. Towels were clean but could do with replacing as they were well worn.

We stayed at the hotel in October and found the food to be diabolical. Very poor standard, very repetitive, luke warm and the restaurant is a cafe with limited seating area. We had to eat out a lot as just couldnt face the food. The rooms are clean and of a good size and the hotel is well situated so...

Arrived late at night and first meal was just cold but ok. Arrived every morning for breakfast at 8.30 all food was Luke warm or cold! Lunch and dinner much the same. Rooms cleaned most days. Myself, my wife and two children visited Lanzarote in October and were open to the area and hotel, which from first impressions was pleasant and as expected. A 4* hotel advertised on websites as expected but as seasoned travellers expect its a 3* hotel/complex with added extras (tennis court, indoor pool, etc) but for that you have clean large rooms,...
