Situated on the southern tip of Lanzarote, near the quiet town of Playa Blanca, Jardines del Sol is built in the style of a Spanish pueblo blanco, or white village. Set amid well-manicured gardens, it features two heated outdoor pools and a baby pool, mini golf and petanque. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The air-conditioned bungalows feature a master bedroom with a well-appointed en-suite bathroom, twin-bedroom, shower room, spacious lounge with dining area and terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. Satellite TV, a DVD player and iHome alarm clock are also provided. We have just returned from a 10 day family holiday with our 2 daughters , I can’t recommend this place enough, the bungalows are perfect and well equipped , staff in Baileys the on site restaurant were just brilliant a credit to the resort , resort is on the outskirts but we loved the walks and there is also a taxi rank outside the gate , will definitely be returning.

We have just returned from a family holiday here. The accomodation is fantastic, extremely clean with very comfortable beds and a large patio outside. The grounds are cleaned and maintained daily and there are plenty of sunbeds so no early mornings of having to get up to get a sunbed. The on site restaurant is fantastic, the food is some of the best i have tasted and i can see why people come from outside the hotel to eat here. The staff are brilliant, they go out of their way to interact with children and gave my children plenty of laughs. We would love to come back.

Husband and I went here for a two week holiday. We had been before in 2008, and were excited to go back. We love it. The accommodation is marvellous. It’s attractive, comfortable, clean and the extra amenities that other places don’t have (such as the dishwasher and washing machine) make everything so much easier. The pools are lovely, there are three, one for kids, a shallow one and a deep one, so there is a choice for everyone. The big chess board, pool table and mini golf are so much fun. All of the staff are the loveliest, kindest people. It is a bit far out of the town, but the taxi rank is right at the gate. If you’re looking for marvellous self catering in Playa Blanca, don’t hesitate. We can’t wait to go back.

We've just got back from a 10 day family holiday. We booked 3 x 2 bedroomed bungalows. All bungalows are clean and spacious. Everything has been thought of to make your stay comfortable. Even little things like plug sockets by each side of the bed, dishwasher/washing machine tablets and pegs! The beds are really comfortable as often we find the beds tend to be on the hard side but these were perfect. The staff go out of their way to help, nothing is a problem. There also is no early morning fight for sunbeds. All terraces are furnished with tables and loungers (which are incredibly comfortable). It is a smaller resort which we prefer and yes it is not front line but only a 20 minute walk of 3 euro taxi ride to the beaches. The onsite restaurant is a real credit to the place. Not only is it good value, no matter what time of day you eat the food is 10/10. And the restaurant staff are so lovely and a real asset to the place. We had a wonderful time and are already planning on booking again.…

Second time at this resort and it didn't disappoint. Spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The villas are very well equipped with a beautiful patio area and sunbeds. The staff work tirelessly to make sure your holiday is perfect. The resort restaurant Baileys serves excellent food and the staff are brilliant making everybody feel welcome. Another plus point is there is no ridiculous early morning scramble for sunbeds around the pool. Playa Blanca resort centre is about 25 minutes walk away but there are always taxis outside the entrance and reasonably priced €3 euros to Playa 4€ to the Marina. We like a mix of pool/exploring days and would recommend a car if you want to get out and about. Car hire in Lanzarote is pretty cheap and the roads are brilliant. Only slight issue is that there are no large supermarkets close by so we stocked up on our way to the resort at one of the large supermarket's close to the airport and then topped up at the smaller local supermarkets throughout our stay. If you want a relaxed and chilled holiday in beautifully villa and in lovely surroundings then there is no where better. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again sometime in the future.…

Lovely out of town resort with a fabulous restaurant on site. Accommodations are beautiful semi detached bungalows in the main which are beautifully equipped for six guests. Nice pool area, restaurant/snack bar with entertainment too. Twenty minute walk into town won’t suit everyone but €4 taxi is a bargain.
