We stayed at the H10 Timanfaya Palace again in February 2023. As usual we had a lovely comfortable room with a great view. The food was excellent both in the buffet & the Kasbah A la Carte restaurant. Top branded drinks on the All Inclusive. Plenty of sun beds & parasols, so no early morning rush. The staff, as always, were very efficient and friendly, we always look forward to seeing them all. A huge thank you to Jose & his Team for taking care of us. If you are thinking of booking this hotel, do not hesitate, you will love it. Nice walks on the promenade in both directions. If you love this hotel, you may like to join other guests in the Friends of H10 Timanfaya Palace and Friends of Timanfaya Palace Cats groups. See you over there.

The Hotel outdoor and pool areas are really nice, no problem with getting a sunbed at anytime of day. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful,polite, professional and credit to the hotel. Food always very good, all inclusive drinks menu is the best I have enjoyed including Caribbean hotels. Entertainment team very friendly without being pushy. Thought some of the evening shows in disco bar could be a bit more professional, Beatles show was very good. Only minor issues was the temperature in the reception and Disco bar was quite warm, to be fair it was very hot outdoors. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Possibly, the high temperature in the Disco bar was during the heatwave that the last week. our Air Conditioning is prepared to reduce inside, in the big areas, the external temperature by 10 degrees. This was our first visit to this hotel. The room was very clean,spacious and comfortable. The restaurant food was very good with plenty of choice . The staff were always very happy and smiling. Nothing was too much trouble for them. This all made it a pleasure for us to enjoy our holiday at this fabulous hotel and we will definitely return.

After an enforced absence of three years, we had no hesitation in visiting this wonderful hotel again. We were delighted to have a great sea view room and the sun shone every day for us. Apart from the enviable seafront position of the Hotel, it is the staff who make the holiday so memorable. They are all terrific and work so hard to make sure you go home with the most pleasant memories. The food is,as ever, top quality and the overall ambience is one of the many qualities to be enjoyed here. We would thoroughly recommend the Timanfaya Palace to anyone deciding where to stay on this lovely Island. Thank you to ALL the staff for your unfailing professionalism, friendliness and warm welcome. See you again soon we hope.

This was our second visit to the Timanfaya Palace and it was just as lovely as we remembered! We upgraded to a sea view room which was definitely worthwhile. We were quite amused to find that the balcony wall was so high we couldn’t actually see the sea when sitting there ( unless we sat very upright ) but it wasn’t a big deal. Our room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was fabulous. The maid service was very good. The food was as excellent as during our previous visit . So much choice and extremely good quality. The themed nights brought a nice variety in the evenings. Drinks were very well priced and the measures generous. The staff were polite and very hard working. Tables cleared quickly and orders taken and served promptly. The restaurant Maitre D was very friendly with a nice sense of humour. Reception staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the entertainment in the piano bar and the Beatles tribute act. The entertainment team work hard during the day but keep it pleasantly low key. Our only slight issue was that we found the hotel public rooms quite chilly in the evenings but think that was because we were there during a spell of not very good weather. All in all it’s a really lovely place for a relaxing holiday with fabulous food and service. Many congratulations to Jose and your team ! We had another great break ( i think our 10th visit) .As always the staff are amazing especially in the restaurants , our usual waiter in the La Bocaina was Ahmed he is great so polite and very quick. The lady who cooks the eggs in the morning and fish at night is so happy always has a smile. How your chefs get the food out so hot and fresh for so many guests is amazing. As many people say there are always plenty of sunbeds around the pools which makes for a relaxing holiday. Look forward to our next visit soon .

From the moment we stepped into the foyer we knew we had chosen well. We were welcomed with smiles snd a welcome drink. Checkin was efficient and we were soon in our room. On opening the door, we were greeted with a bottle of bubbles and a happy 40th card. A lovely start to our special holiday. The room was large with a comfy bed, a spacious bathroom and lovely sunny balcony. The restaurant, although busy always had seats and a great selection of food. Drinks were served quickly . The grounds are beautiful and the location superb . You can walk along the promenade. The daytime and evening entertainment was very good and we especially enjoyed playing pétanque. We spent one evening in the kasbeh restaurant for my husbands birthday, where we enjoyed a lovely meal and a surprise birthday cake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have booked to come back in October.…

Just back from 6 lovely nights, really enjoyed the hotel and the weather was fantastic The hotel was spotlessly clean and every member of staff had a smile on their face and were so helpful and pleasant. We went half board privelege and when we arrived the Kasbah premier restaurant was booked for our first 4 nights, the Assistant Manager (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) managed to book us in the restaurant for 2 of the nights, big thank you. The Kasbah is a quality limited menu which changes each Monday, the food was lovely but on our 9pm booking it was pretty empty and lacking atmosphere. It was similar for breakfast we preferred the main buffet for our morning feast. One thing I need to mention is Whitney Houston, she was on all the while in the Kasbah really need to sort that one. The hotel is large and can occupy well over a thousand guests, the buffet restaurant coped really well and a big thank you to Pepe, what a lovely man. It must be hard for the hotel to keep fresh food on such a scale in a single restaurant and I would recommend going early to enjoy the best produce. Another bonus was they let you swap your dinner for lunch, we did this on 3 of our days and went into Playa Blanca for dinner, it is a lovely 20 minute walk along a prom. I would advise that the demographic of the hotel was well in excess of 70 while we were there and the entertainment was tailored to this group which I accept as they are the main customer base, but not for us. The bar and bar prices are very reasonable for a 4* hotel and the sax player in the bar was very good. I would recommend Privelege half board, you had dedicated areas with quality beds to sunbathe, upgraded rooms and a Privelege Lounge which is brilliant, with a fully stocked bar included. It does make sense to book half board as the difference in price is minimal compared to B&B. While I was there, I spoke to the Manager Jose Angel Vazquez, I wanted to see the Manager in person after reading his blunt responses on this site. He was a charming man and very passionate about his hotel, he welcomed me into his office to have a chat. We discussed the worn carpets which have been previously mentioned in other posts and he showed me the new carpets which have been ordered. We chatted through the taster you get in the Kasbah which is meat and veg and no choice, I think he may consider a veggie option as not all vegaterians would welcome Foie Gras. The one thing that did bug me a little was if you wanted to change your wet towel from the privelege deck, you had to walk all the way to reception in your wet trunks to swap it out. There is a Club house on the deck and they could keep a stock of towels, it is manned most of the day and although it is small, you could quite easily store them in a waterproof plastic bin, it would make it so much easier for guests paying a premium. Rather than store up issues to post on here, go and see the manager, I'm sure you will find him helpful and you will avoid his blunt responses, which I do now believe are delivered with a sense of humour I would totally recommend this hotel and I would certainy return for a winter break thank you …

Thanks for your piece of advice: -I agreed about the old carpets and showed you the example piece that I ordered and is due to come in short. -From the moment we talked, from that same day, we have every option in the Kasbah: veg, gluten-free, allergies... just need to say to the waiter. If we know that you belong to one of those groups, we provide it directly. -About the towels, thanks for your idea but, after seeing the pros and cons, I have no doubt to keep them as I decided 15 years ago.
