We came in the middle of the pandemic, while the island was under level 4, limiting a lot the activities. But despite the conditions, we enjoyed very much our stay: pool and spa were very much accessible and agreeable, we got PERFECT massages twice. The breakfast was divine with fresh products, fresh juices, a la carte request for anything we wished for. The staff was extremely agreeable in general. The rooms were very spacious with amazing view and perfect cleaning. The only minus were regarding meals accommodation of the hotel: because of covid, dinner were inside the rooms, ordered from outside. We would recommend the hotel to provide the necessities for perfect dinner conditions in the room (plates/cutleries ...) We recommend 100% and would definitly come back !

We picked this Hotel for Christmas and New Year when Lanzarote had few Covid cases and was open for tourists. It was small and was just outside Playa Blanca. It also offered a snack bar and Dinner, so would not have to search for food. Beautiful postition, amazing views. We had a ground floor room that looked out over Papagaya. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were very particular over safety from Covid. Masks had to be worn everywhere, except for eating. Hands had to be cleansed before and after going to the Restaurant. We felt very safe, safer than the UK. Rooms were spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Cleaned throughly every day. Loads of plugs, which is a first and welcomed! The grounds were also spotlessly clean and well maintained. Wish there had been a shower cap available. There was a shampoo/soap dispenser on the wall in the bathroom. I am used to small individual bottle but this may have been a health and safety addition. You do need to be aware that there is no door between the bathroom and bedroom although it is protected by a wall between it and the bedroom. Unfortunately the snack bar was not open which we did find annoying as I had difficulty walking any distance. The Port was about 2km from the Hotel. Breakfast was waiter service. I think they usually had a buffet but obviously that was not possible during these times. There was one thing that really let it down. We were booked in for Dinner every night but there was only ever about four of us there. I can see why. The Chef had some really good ideas BUT the cooking and the presentation was very poor. Undercooked meat, overcooked fish. The courses were far to big. In the end I just had a starter and dessert. I have been to many 5 star hotels of which this was one and I have never had food like this. The Hotel are missing out here as far more people would come to the restaurant if the food was improved. I suggest to them, less food for each course. Properly cooked and beautifully presented. If they just visited an H10 hotel in the Privilege restaurant, even a 4 star, they would see how the food is cooked and delivered. I am just so sorry for the owners as they do not seem to see the value of the Restaurant and need to address the issues. With an improvement, I would certainly visit again. A welcoming place and I certainly thank them for a safe haven in a mad world.

I booked the 2 bed villa. The views across to Fuerteventura and the isla de lobos are great. I booked half board. The breakfast choice was extensive and sitting outside on the terrace was great. The food is really good and well prepared. Nice list of local wines. This place is really really nice. Just the tonic for a Winter break. I really like the big heated pool. Great location too. Pubs and restaurants a short walk away in the port. The villa with it’s private pool is really relaxing. The service in the hotel is attentive and personal. A big thanks to Nelson the waiter for his excellent service and Guillermo the chef who made our vegetarian adult daughter feel special. I would definitely recommend this place for a chilling/relaxing holiday. I am currently in villa 4. Amazing views across the sea.

Had the most amazing stay at this hotel. We stayed for 10 nights in September and will definitely be returning as soon as possible. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was lovely and the bed was big and comfortable. My favourite part was the heated pool, just glorius and a perfect temperature. We had a suite which opened out on to the pool and this was so convenient as you could just pop in and out to the room. We had lunch served on the terrace of our room every lunchtime and the food was excellent and brillianty priced. No over priced food which was great. Overall I would highly receommend this hotel, the staff were so friendly and always willing to help. As we stayed during the pandemic I would like to say how hygienic this hotel was and staff always wore masks, I felt every effort was made to make you feel safe.

Very nice location - beautyful hotel - BUT: you are charged for accommodation which you did not use!! The welcome was very cool - no friendly greeting or welcome drink. We had to carry our bags by ourselves to the room. So far, so good - the villa was wonderful and we went first to the pool bar. We wore a mask all the time except once als we entered the pool ar (30m from our room). For this reason we were thrown out of the hotel 30 minutes after check in- it sounds unbelievable, but unfortunately it was true. There was no chance to talk to the management, we even apologized and wanted to get the masks from our room, but the hotel security insisted on us leaving the hotel immediately!!! Otherwise the polic would get us away. Totally horrified we left the hotel. But the climax was: until now they did not refund the advanced payment for the whole stay including breakfast. We did not stay for one single night, but definetely had checked in. The hotel management contacted booking.com and gave the information that my husband and I were noshow guests and therefore had to pay 100%. . We are still in contact with booking.com and meanwhile we consulted a laywer and will see, what happenes. This was a real horror story and we still cannot understand how a hotel like this can afford such a behaviour. Of course we have Corona but nobody can understand why the hotel employees acted in such a way and the hotel management puts this fraudulent action. They kept 2200 EURO without giving us accommodation.
