If you want a quiet and peaceful hotel with superb facilities, restaurant and excellent service in all respects, then this is the place to go. Could be improved in only one regard. The evening entertainment is all outside and on cooler nights a coat is required. Re-opening of the inside entertainment area and the piano in the bar would make it perfect.
We had an excellent time hotel staff were very friendly and hotel although 95% full had lots of space and places to relax. Lots of sunbeds to relax on food and service excellent overall a great time had one free a carte with the package which was first class.Hotel very clean rooms large and spacious.
Great hotel for a relaxing holiday. Rooms are spacious and clean, plenty of sunbeds and space around the pools. The food is very good with plenty of choice. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. My second stay here and will definitely be back.
We arrived late due to flights the hotel had left cold salad and sandwiches and water for us in the canteen nice point thanks for that, and a glass of cava as a welcome toast, cheers. The lobby area is huge and gobsmacking, beautifully designed and furnished a lot to explore later, we were allocated our room, we asked for high sea view, we got high 3rd floor this is about as high as it gets in Lanzarote all low level buildings, as for the view we would have to wait till morning as it was pitch black, but we could hear waves ! When we woke a quick dash to the curtains and there it was a side sea view right next to the coast promenade to our left in front the main drag and a roof of the annex accommodation no problem, a delivery point for the hotel again no real problem and to our right the volcano Montana roja dominating the skyline for miles around later to be climbed, and the patio was big with good furniture. The room itself was immaculate modern and a good size, plenty of storage, a free safe, kettle and fridge but no ironing board or iron more than likely available from reception. Also a TV with all UK channels. So we had a great view left and right and a great room win win so far. Breakfast finished at 1030 so we went for our first look at the canteen proper, it is big and all the seats in the atrium go quickly but plenty of other good seating, the food and layout is well done, everything you would want for all meals, lots of choice and all fresh and hot, we never saw any queues to speak of, and at the table waiter service if you want drinks. We were half board and found this good value, all you can eat buffet breakfast and dinner, drinks you can pay as you go or charge it to your room, drinks and snacks were very reasonable to cheap in price and good quality. So now we have our room we have unpacked had breakfast, time to explore the hotel. Wow, what a feast for the eyes the hotel delivers on views and design right on the waterfront there's a promenade that runs the whole length of Playa Blanca always busy with strollers fairly flat with a few hills. To the right it goes past some restaurant bars then towards the lighthouse/light, to the left its far busier going through Flamingo beach with its sandy cove beach and bar restaurants around the corner to Playa Blanca town the Old part of the area and with the ferry terminal soon to be a cruise line terminal then on to the new Marina Rubicon lots of shops and big boats. The hotel has 2 main pools and a jacuzzi, a gym, games room and game areas for football, tennis, boules, crazy golf but not being used much, we had a go at the golf this needs redesigning and updating ASAP it doesn't look or play good ! Apart from that the whole hotel area is beautiful well kept and very photogenic. By the pools is a covered dining area which doubles up as the entertainment area at night time its very well done and busy during the day for snacks and at night for the acts, very popular most seats were taken for the entertainment which was every night some acts were very good some not. There is a proper theatre area in the hotel but wont be back just yet due to Covid restrictions when it does it will be great. Throughout our stay the staff were polite very helpful at all levels any very busy putting in long hours but keeping professional to the end. Outside the hotel to the front, over the road is a life saving supermarket the only one around locally but cheap, a sports bar, to the left are a few restaurants which are popular, you cant miss the volcano 200m high, climb it by the way of tracks if you feel fit for it ,be safe ! and 200m from the hotel right then left is the main drag just on the drag and to the left are bus stops for each direction the No 30 bus is a circular route around Playa Blanca going to everywhere you would want to 1.4 euros each for any distance cash only, at the moment you need masks for bus and taxi travel. So Hipotel Natura Palace delivered fully and more, staff great, food great, room fantastic, hotel and grounds stunning, we will return and fully recommend this for a holiday, don't forget its adults only.…
If you are looking for a relaxing break then this is the hotel for you. Rooms, restaurant and staff fantastic. The A la carte restaurant food well worth the visit. No sunbed hogging either. The only downside would be the evening entertainment not great and not many other bars close either. 30 minutes walk to Playa Blanca over the undulating coastal path. We did have an issue on the last night with Mosquito bitten to death so take some repellent. Would recommend.
2nd visit. Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spotless. Restaurant and staff are lovely and helpful. The food for breakfast and dinner is lovely, plenty of choice to eat and all fresh. We didn't see same m3als through the week like you do at other hotels
The hotel was absolutely stunning and clean. I think what really made the holiday special was the hard working staff in the hotel from the bar staff, lobby staff and cleaners. Always smiling, and nothing is a problem!
Wow !! What can I say !! Hotel Fabulous. Friendly helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast amazing, so much choice and always hot. Evening meal has something for everyone and replenished regularly and food always hot and fresh. If you like a walk, recommend a walk to the Marina, well worth a visit.
I can only reiterate what many others have said. This is a lovely, comfortable hotel with great internal and external spaces. The views are fabulous and both the main and a la carte restuarants were great. There were only two minor issues for us, and only one the hotel could do anything about. Item 1 - it is quite a walk from the town centre, so if you like to walk out in the evening after dinner to shop or try a local bar I dont think this is the place for you. Item 2 - we tried to use our AMEX card to secure our hotel spend and it was declined. We were told reception did not take AMEX and we would have to leave €300 in cash to secure payment on our hotel card. We declined. That said, the bar across the reception space did take our AMEX card. It meant that for the time we were at the hotel, every time we ordered a drink in the restaurant, around the pool or from the room we had to pay cash, but if we were at the bar we could use our card. I do think this is something the hotel could address. And yes, we did book this hotel using the same card. Other than this minor inconvenience we had a great time.…
A lovely hotel, very helpful staff and food very good with lots of variety. Fantastic sea views and location. Excellent spa offering amazing treatments. I would very highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely book again.
