After reading the reviews on here I was very worried about staying in this hotel. After I seen them, I rang up Jet2 to change hotel but after they said there would be additional costs to change as well as a fee for changing we decided to not change hotel whilst checking the reviews regularly until we was going.
Once we arrived at the hotel we were checked in and given wristbands so that only people staying in the hotel could enter. This was checked every time when we went into the hotel regardless of the time even early hours of the morning as there was always a receptionist on the desk to check you had a wristband on.
The room of the hotel was basic as you would expect in a 2 star hotel. It was clean and was serviced everyday with fresh towels given. The air con was really good so much that we had to ask it to be turned down as the room was too cold. It had a safe in it but you had to pay at reception for a key to be able to use the safe. The room did not have a fridge in either.
The location of the hotel was very good in San Antonio. It was very close to shops, the beach as well as bars, clubs and restaurants. It was also a 2 minute walk to the main bus station were the disco bus can be used which drops you to and back from the all the main clubs on other parts of the island running throughout the early hours which was very good if you are coming to party. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk from cafe mambos and 15 minutes from ocean beach.
Overall, during our stay we had no issues with the hotel and it was as good as what you can expect for a 2 star hotel.

Cheap, cheerful, clean. We had a room at the end of a corridor and were glad to be out of the way! Some noisy guests (playing music) but luckily this didn’t bother us too much! The towels were changed every day - they’re a bit thin but ok. You can borrow a hairdryer from reception as there are none in the rooms. The reception staff were all helpful.

I think the reviews on this hotel are dependant on what room you're allocated. Me and 5 friends stayed here less than a week ago and was given 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were awful, dark, dingy. One had a balcony looking onto a wall and the other didn't even have a balcony. The rooms were dirty, toothpaste on the floor, blood on the sheets and it just felt so dark and miserable due to no sun light and black doors. The shower was all brown and worn and the plug made a loud noise when showering. We had to ask for the aircon to be turned on twice and our room wasn't cleaned once in a 4 night stay.
On the other had 1 of the rooms was bright, spacious, clean and modern with a lovely balcony looking onto the streets. If we was all given this room I would rate it 5 star but it seems all rooms vairy and its luck of the draw.
I know this hotel is 1 star but they're charging high prices we paid 600 for 4 nights including flights and purely picked it because of the location.
I would not reccomend as it ruined our pre drinking/ holiday experince.

Me and my friend have just come back after a five night stay here, we were a little worried reading reviews but it had everything we needed! The receptionists were all lovely saying hello and helping us check in, even at one point we had a late flight and had to put our bags in the safe room and one of them ran into the room not realising it was us to check who was going near our bags.
Only disappointing bit is the balcony we didn’t have but it didn’t really matter. The rooms were cleaned everyday, or every time we didn’t have the sign on the door and even then the maid asked us if we’d like some new towels after we popped our head out.
It was noisy in the hotel but again it’s Ibiza what do you expect? If you want a quiet family stay I’d avoid but it was perfect for what we wanted! So many people around the pool and they had music playing, but we still didn’t need to fight for a sun bed. Honestly if you’re looking for a party holiday and don’t want to splash out too much on a room I recommend 10/10.

Stayed here 3rd-8th July. When we arrived there was a group of people who warned us of people getting rooms broken into.
As 2 young girls we were worried about this but we did not have one bit of trouble while staying here. We got a safety deposit box and kept everything in there just in case.
The hotel is very loud at night but we knew that it would be when we booked it, and we were there for the party side of Ibiza.
The pool area was great. The pool bar was good, we had our dinner there a couple of days before going out and it was lovely.
The hotel is literally right in the middle of everything. We went to Ushuaia one night and got the party bus that was 8 euros return and that’s the only time we needed to leave the area around our hotel.
I know there are so many bad reviews but we had no problems and couldn’t fault the hotel at all. If you want security and an amazing hotel then you need to book that. You get what you pay for and this was cheap and just what we wanted. It’s a one star hotel for a reason, but bed and room was clean and that’s all we wanted.

Azuline hotels are very irresponsible! I booked this hotel so that I can easily commute to west coastto the parties, and the bus station is 3 mins walk. Instead, when arrived they told me they have no rooms left and settled me to another hotel which was 20 mins walk to bus station and trust me taxi are very expensive in Ibiza. They did not even apologised or returned me part of my money. Very disappointed.

I'm a 3-Time goer to Ibiza, and we would all 100% stay here again - nothing wrong with it at all! :)
We booked a couple's holiday away to Ibiza a number of months for the first week in September and since then, we were very hesitant to stay here based on previous mixed reviews...how wrong we were to think like this!!!
I have been to Ibiza three years in a row, and this is the best yet! :)
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel, at the end of the day it is IBIZA - fantastic location (2 min walk to bus station and 5 min walk to strip), lovely spacious and comfortable rooms (we stayed on the 2nd floor and our friends stayed on the 3rd floor), great air con, lovely deep pool (shallow area for young kids too if needed) and relaxing pool area. Our rooms were cleaned every morning (without fail) and all the staff (including pool area and maids) were all so friendly and accommodating, and we had no issue with noise.
Our only cons (if any) were that the shower head pressure was a little low, so the showers were a little annoying from time to time and they took between 2-3 mins to heat up, the playlist at the pool area wasn't great at all really haha (most songs were remixed or bootlegged haha), swimming area pool drinks were a little on the expensive side as well (i.e. €5 for a Coca-Cola, €9 for vodka / rum slushies but pints of lager were €5 which is reasonable enough) and there were no chairs on the balcony.
All in all, we will be staying here again when we go back to Ibiza - very impressed!

Just home from a few nights stay at AzuLine Llevant, having read some of the reviews I was very nervous about going due to the robberies and state of the rooms that were described in other reviews.
On check in I got to my room and in comparison to other hotels in Ibiza I was pleasantly surprised, the room itself was clean, nicely decorated and well air conditioned- I had no balcony in my room which I was glad of due to the reviews I had seen.
In my opinion the only thing that let this hotel down for me was the bathrooms, it was cramped, small and a bit damp - could have done with a bit more TLC but as I said you get what you pay for.
Hotel was rowdy at night but that was only to be expected.
Great location, decent pool area & from my own personal experience I couldn’t fault the staff as they were welcoming and friendly to me and my group of friends

We were nervous about staying here due to some of the reviews, we didn't get robbed - safe is 10 euro which you get back when you check out. Ideal hotel if you are there to party as its just around the corner from all the bars and clubs & about a 15 min walk to ocean beach. It isn't overly clean but it isn't bad either. We did get our door knocked on by staff to say our music was too loud (this was around 10pm). Pool is across the road and was clean & plenty loungers. They play music at the pool but dont mind you playing your on music on a speaker, They also bring your drinks over to you which was nice. If your on a party holiday and looking for a place to get ready/sleep then I would recommend

Alex at the pool is very aggressive, he forcefully snatched my towel after we brought a bottle of water in to drink as there was no notice saying we couldn't. he made a show of us at the pool by screaming at us saying we wasn’t aloud to bring water in and getting in our faces, as I struggle with anxiety he really triggered it and made me feel uncomfortable, we presumed bringing water in would be allowed as we are self catering and felt victimised by Alex throughout the holiday. speaking to other people around the pool they also said they had the same experience with him showing agression towards them too. We also witnessed him throw a cup at a young girl. This hotel needs to have a look at the people they hire specifically have a look at Alex as he shows agression towards customers who pay a lot of money to receive horrendous treatment by staff.

Dear coraj2638, It is important to remember that, as stated in all our signs around our swimming pool facilities, it is not allowed to bring any drink or food from outside. We understand that you can be upset for not allowing you to consume in our swimming pool the drinks and food that you previously bought in the supermarket, but this is no reason to go against the excellent work that our hard-working bar staff has proven to do during all the time they are working with us. In fact, we keep most of the times the drinks in the bar and we return to our guests once they leave.
