It is gonna be hip so get there before the crowd. Great location, 2x minutes from Granada so you can enjoy the best of two colliding worlds: the buzzing heritage of the city and the paramount landscape of Andalucia. The hotel run by a couple who actually live on site with their two kids. Yes, they are the managers but...

As there is too much to discover in the world for one lifetime, I hardly ever visit the same place twice. However, staying at the Cortijo del Marqués had been such a wonderful experience that I was very keen to make a repeat visit for once. I am happy to say that I got exactly what I was looking for...

We spent three nights at Cortijo del Marques and stayed in the lovely La Iglesia. The building (buildings really) is a lovely group of old buildings - a cross between a manor and a farm estate. It's hard to describe this as a hotel - it's more of a large B&B really. You feel like a guest of the family...

This beautifully restored Cortijo is set in the most stunning location. The olive groves, rolling hills & distant snow capped mountains offer amazing views & the feeling of being deep in the heart of 'real' SPAIN. We stayed for 2 nights in the Granero, a quite unique conversion from the former Granery, full of character but now complete with four...

The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet location 4km off the beaten track. The room we had was spacious, classy and clean. The evening food and wine were truly tremendous, well paired and fairly priced. Owners and staff were friendly and genuinely interested in their guests. Pool area was beautiful with great views across surrounding hills. Tiny niggles are...

Our visit to Cortijo del Marques was in early April. If you are already panning to travel to this region, there is no need to mention the serene and breath taking surrounding area, lined with hills after hills of olives trees, forts and watch towers in distance. All your dream and imaginations about the area would simply come true when...

Awesome hotel- a romantic retreat with beautiful views and wonderful food! It's very quiet and there are no distractions from the outside world such as TV- we loved it! It's about half an hour from Granada but feels as if it's in the century before last!!

Spent two nights at this absolutely stunning and impeccably run property approximately 25 minutes from Granada. Situated amid olive groves just 10 minutes off a major highway, this beautiful property features unique rooms that are extremely elegant, peaceful, and unique. Highly recommend taking your meals (dinner) at the hotel restaurant which features a daily set menu (with flexibility should you...

We stayed at your place 7 years ago and it was good then, and now you have improved it so much, all those details... Our room Aljibe, was just great, with wonderful views over green and calm fields with Sierra Nevada in the backdrop. The bathroom, with that unique bathtube. The restaurant for us was also new, great place with...
