Second time I stayed there and everything perfect. Warm welcomed by the staff, nice and big room, the breakfast is simple but I bélière everyone can find out his desire.the restaurant propose you a wide range of food, and for those who like eating in front a football game...you 'll be happy! A special thank to the restaurant staff who... More

The hotel is located conveniently in the centre of the city. Parking in front of the hotel is paying, but you can ask for a voucher at reception and place it behind your car window to avoid fines. Staff was very friendly, the hotel itself is a bit old, mostly with brown and dark colours. Bed is ok, and buffet... More

This place is great. Really good restaurant. Efficient, welcoming staff. Fantastic restaurant. Comfy beds. Great restaurant. Good prices. Did I mention the restaurant? Only the car parking is a little awkward. Can be difficult if you have a 4x4. But the restaurant makes it all worthwhile.

People come to this hotel mostly for business reasons, I guess. As someone reviewed it looks little bit outdated but you may see this only in reception area, my room on 5th floor was looking really good, plenty of space. The breakfast might not be the largest choice I've seen but it's sufficient. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.... More

After more than one year I came back to Oliveira de Azemais in business trip and obviously stay at Dighton, a must for me. Here I feel like at home, staff always smile and welcome me as an old friend! I don't need to write how the rooms are good, clean, breakfast always the best and location in the center... More

I have been coming to Oliveira de Azemeis for many years to visit my partners family that live around the area, normally we stay with the family or borrow one of their houses. I have always wanted to stay in the Dighton as its centrally located and boasts two restaurants Dom Gomado and the Giratorio, this is a revolving restaurant... More

We have stayed at Hotel Dighton for business trips for a few years and it has also been very good and during our last visit I mentioned that it would be great to have a better Wi-fi connection. Upon returning this time I found that the Wi-fi had been upgraded and this made a huge difference to me as I... More

I stayed at the Dighton for a couple of nights and I absolutely loved the hotel. Great price, amazingly nice staff and pretty good location, right in the center of Oliveira de Azeméis. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bathroom was one of the best I've seen in an hotel. I haven't tried the hotel private garage since... More

This hotel is really rather good. I paid €55 a night for the 2 nights I stayed here, breakfast included. The rooms are very good, spacious and clean. On my first night (a Sunday) I ate in the restaurant and had an excellent mixed grill cooked by a chef on a large open grill at one end of the room.... More

Stayed for one night (tourist) on 27 December 2013. As I had simply walked in without a prior booking the rate was 65 euros including breakfast. Was informed that the business customer rate is 55 euros. Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was fine. I had a rear room but no cockrel's were audible!

“For views go for the higher floors, not much to see on the first floor, but double check that the room has a good wifi and confirm that they will change your room if you cannot get a good connection, I'm sure they won't have a problem with this but as always best to set expectations up front.”

“1st floor rooms will expeareance a bit more noise from the street and the coming and going of fellow residents. I found the 3rd floor rooms, street facing, the best. (for my needs) All rooms I have stayed in have noisey A/C, not bad for during the day, but irritating at nights.”
