We stayed in the vila rosa for a third time and it was a great stay, very quiet , the staff as usual were to pleased to help, the bars and resturants were all great. SHAME ABOUT THE GYPSIES THOUGH they spoilt our holiday.

Me and my partner just came back from a holiday at Praia Da Rocha. The area is very safe to walk around, we'd almost every night come in after midnight. The streets are well lit but hiddred by the palm trees. Only thing I would be concerned about is the busy roads and crossing them. Drivers won't always stop for you.
