I recommend setting up a cold plunge pool or tube shower in the sauna area. Hotel recomended higly.
Staff was very friendly, speaks English okay and showed us flexibility during our delayed checkout.
Great location on the city center (500 meters to high street) with (limited) underground parking.
Can recommend for singles, couples and families.
One thing which was totally disturbing and created massive disappointment was total lack of privacy in rooms! Balconies have almost no divider with a neighboring ones, just a very small fence, which even a child can cross, no wall or any partition whatsoever. You can’t go outside, sit outside etc without staring at your neighbors, you can hear EVERYTHING from their rooms, you can even look inside their room ( and vice versa) which makes you feel sooooo uncomfortable. After few days it was really annoying and very disturbing. No privacy at all!
Pool, sauna very good. Housekeeping staff nice and attentive. Food excellent.
Stayed June 2017, travelled with family

The hotel is located at the south end of Krynica Zdroj on a quiet street. Garage parking is easily accessible, 25zl per night.
The facility includes 2 buildings linked by an enclosed walkway. Somewhat confusing to find your way around. Not good for the disabled. More signage would be helpful. Elevators are fast. All staff were helpful and courteous.
Our room was of decent size, attractive, clean and comfortable. Although, our first room had a malfunctioning bathroom fan with a loud, annoying buzz, which ran automatically. Staff should have notified maintenance, it did not appear to be a "new issue". We had to change rooms, but that was easy.
The climate system was easy to operate and very quiet. The room had balconies and the windows opened for ventilation if needed. The hotel is non-smoking but ashtrays are provided for the balconies. There was no odor of smoke in our room but the ashtray on the balcony was full of cigarette butts.
The bathroom was large and functional, but basic. The water pressure in the shower (no bathtub) was outstanding!
The bed was okay, but the mattress far too firm for our tastes. The mattress did have a pillow top, but is was nothing like that offered by Sheraton or Radisson. The hotel sheets are not large enough to cover the mattress, so they use two on the bottom. A somewhat annoying shortcut inappropriate for a hotel of this class.
The TV, a "Smart TV" was very slow and just terrible! The computing power in the hotel is not adequate and the TV must be rebooted every time it is turned on (there is a circuit breaker in the room to do this). That was extremely annoying and something that should never be an issue in this type of property. Better to return to simple television.
The free WiFi was fine and always available throughout the property.
The dining room is large. We had a weekend "plan" with meals included. You can order from the menu or eat from the buffet. The food was very good with nice variety, the desserts were exceptional. The staff was very helpful and the wine list very good.
2) The Pool (or Spa)
Very large and very beautiful swimming pool with side pools.Easily accommodates many guests. A complex of saunas is accessible from the pool or from the Med-Spa. Exceptional!
3) The Med-Spa
Truly a beautiful and thoughtful layout with a wonderful staff. Malgosia will help you choose your treatments and schedule everything. She is terrific. Marzena is probably the best masseuse we have ever had. World class hands!
One treatment, delivered by the male supervisor, was an herbal wrap. He slapped cold herbs on my wife, wrapped her in plastic and left her to float in over-heated misery. Not recommended!
The hot "rose peddle bath" was exceptional. A solid copper tub and exceptional full-bodied red wine in a lovely private room with a double bed. Ask to see the bathtub and the room! In fact, order the wine!
Unfortunately, there are 2 doors to the swimming pool. One bypasses the Med Spa, the other connects directly. During our stay some loud screaming children entered the Med Spa, disrupting an otherwise tranquil stay. (The sauna complex also connect the Med Spa and the swimming pool, so the kids may have entered that way.)
The Med Spa needs to keep the lights lower, the music softer, and the children away to approach perfection.
Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and much needed relaxation.
BUT... the service is another story. Apart from SPA there is a beauty salon there. On Friday beautician was not present, ask on Saturday. On Saturday beautician was not present, ask on Sunday.... Hair dresser was impossible to get. I had 4 treatments in the SPA, two were great, one so so, one so bad that it is a shame. It all depends whom you get. Plus the welcome desk... only one guy out of 4 people had any clue what is being offered...
The food is another story. Breakfast was just great. The evening buffet was also good. The menu however had very limited choice and the food we had was just simply bad. Not to mention that the service was not the 4* at all.
Overall, we will definitely come back with hope for the hotel to improve. I would give this place "Average", if not the appreciation for the effort.

"Two parts of the hotel are joined by corridor on first floor. No particular impact."Read full review
"It appears that all rooms have nice balconies. Apparently, we were in the older section but the room felt fresh, modern and fairly spacious. The spa, opened within the last 2 years, is in the newer building."Read full review
