There are 2 buildings with name Stasinda. The older building's name is Pensjonat Stasinda and the brand new next door hotel's name is Grand Stasinda. The older building is booked mostly by organized groups. We stayed in the brand new Grand Stasinda & really enjoyed it. My favorite thing about this hotel are views. Every room has gorgeous views of Tatra Mountains (see pictures). The rooms are modern, nice & most important clean. I think most rooms have balconies. In bathrooms you will find a hairdryer & basic toiletries: shampoo, shower gel & soap. When you book rooms you need to tell number of guests because they will prepare exact number of beds in room. You won't find queen size bed etc. You will see 2 twin size beds joined together etc. When we booked room the prize was about $35 per person. It included room, breakfast & dinner. The breakfast buffet was pretty good (from the perspective of international traveler): scrambled eggs, delicious cold cuts, local sausage, veggies, fruit, cereal, different breads that you can toast. Also you could make any kind of coffee you wish. Same with teas. Dinner was delicious for someone who is used to Polish cooking. They served us local soup kwaśnica & pork roast stuffed with veggies. My kids were not very happy about it. Advice for management: if you want more international guests please think about adding menu B, something simple as pierogi, hot dogs, burgers etc to dinner menu.
I think this hotel is perfect for families with kids. Grand Stasinda has awesome playground for kids (see my pictures). Next to playground you will find tables & chairs for parents, coffee maker to make any kind of coffee or tea you desire. I wish US hotels thought about place like that for families: kids can play and parents enjoy free delicious coffee with friends. Also if you get tired of mountains you can take your family to pool next door. For a $3 fee you can enjoy their heated indoor pool. If you stay more than 3 days pool is free for Stasinda guests. Also Stasinda guests can enjoy tennis, basketball & volleyball courts. Overall we were very happy with hotel & service. As I said it's perfect hotel for families with kids.

We just spend a week at Grand Stasinda and we all love it.
The hotel is great!
The rooms are big and very comfortable. The facilities are really nice. The swimmingpool is big and has nice "hidromassages" points... I spend hours there. The bowling is also a nice option and the saunas as well. The staff is very friendly and they really do them best to offer top service!
The view
If we have a chance we will definitely go back there 😉
Thanks

We spend just one night there, actually we were satisfied. Anyway I can see some extrems positive and also negative.
Positive:
- really nice rooms, big, clean, smartly equipped
- children area with speace for parrents (coffe, tea and donuts free all dy long...)
- wellness, nice 25m pool with lot of massage places, jacuzzy...
- breakfast nice, wide offer, tasty..
- nice space for storing the ski
Negative:
- no choice to get any food after 18.00 (until 18.00 just if you booked brakfast+lunch), only way is to order pizza with delivery from another restaurant...I never met this situation (neverles you need to have zloty, no exchange on reception, no credit card axcepted...)
- staff sometimves not very kind, one guy did not vant to help us another made it without any problem..)
- everybody entered the finish sauna in swiming siut.... no instruction, no recommendation from authorized staff...finish sauna without any small barrel/cap to add water into stone oven..
- in lobby bar there was no chance to add the bill to room number...fortunatelly you can pay by card..
- no phone in the room, so if you wanna contact reception you need to go downstair..same if reception want to contact you..
For me looks like if it was right now opened and they did not finish all the features..from my point of view not really cardinal problem to stay, just it is good to know what you can expect..

My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights from 13 May 2017 with my son and daughter-in-law, their two young daughters and other members of my daughter-in-law's family (who are Polish).

The staff were very friendly, our room and bed comfortable and the food very good, although we would have appreciated a little choice at the evening meal. My partner is gluten intolerant, and the staff ensured that gluten free options were available for her, which was much appreciated.

Our room did not have tea or coffee making facilities, but this was not a problem since tea, coffee, herbal teas etc were freely available round the clock from the lounge adjacent to one of the children's play areas.

There are two children's play areas, both of which are well equipped and were thoroughly enjoyed by my two granddaughters, who were then aged 8 months and 1 year 10 months. One is separated from the restaurant by a glass screen, so it is possible to keep an eye on the children while eating.

We stayed in the newer building and were able to use the swimming pool in the older hotel next door free of charge.

The hotel is delightfully located with wonderful views of the Tatra Mountains, especially from our balcony.

Overall we thought we received excellent value for money.

Thank you, and apologies for not writing this review before now.

Such an amazing hotel. Specially the new one. Recently they have built new building just next to the old Stasinda hotel.
New one is such a modern, clean and best service.
Good food all comes with room rate. Also 24 hours free coffee and bakery service.
Close to Bukovina spa. My family really enjoyed.
Thank you

Stasinda's location is just perfect. Minutes from the slopes and the views are just stunning.
Professional staff, clean, cozy though rather small rooms.
Food was tasty and service staff pleasant. We will definitely return again.
