We highly recommend the spa, with great physiotherapists - here special thanks to Mrs. Svetlana, Kamila, Magdalena and Mr. Mateusz. Thank you very much to the lifeguard Marcin for creating a great atmosphere.
In addition, according to previous reviews, a great menu in the restaurant, clean rooms cleaned every day. We hope to visit this place in the future.
The room was large, with expansive windows facing the woods, with plenty of sunshine in the afternoon.
The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was very stylish.
The spa was accessible from he hotel and consists of multiple warm water pools (I lost count!), three large ones of which are outdoors. Incredibly relaxing.
We were a 10 minute drive from the Tatra mountains so it was absolutely lovely to be able to soak in warm water after a few hours hiking.
The buffet breakfast and dinner were of a very high standard, with a large selection of high quality foods.
I am SO happy we decided to stay here and would love to have the opportunity to be back again in the future!
On the plus side - very warm water in the pools, large underground parking lot, hotel spa, varied menu.
First, straight from the parking lot, we went to the Active Bar to rest for a while and drink something warm. Absolutely terrible service. No reaction to our arrival, no response to hello, we stood at the bar to order and the lady behind the bar (Ms. Julia) ignored us while doing something else. Finally, we managed to order... The lady was growling and gave the impression that she was here as a punishment and that she hated her job. No smile on his face, no eye contact. We had to repeat what we wanted to order several times, the lady was bored, impudent, engaging in unnecessary discussions and talking. I even pointed out to her that she was being rude...no reaction. Someone so unsuitable for the job shouldn't work there... if you don't like people, don't work with clients. I work in a hotel and I can't imagine treating a customer this way. We probably won't come back.

Our package was bed, breakfast and lunch - it was expensive for what was received. We have stayed in numerous spa type resorts in Poland however this was lowest value for money. Aproximately $5 for a cup of tea and $4 for a coffee, hugely marked up wine and spirit selection - this meant the bars were quiet and most guests including ourselves bought supplies in the village and brought into the hotel - if the prices were reasonable they would sell more and the atmosphere in the bar and diso facilities in the hotel would be better.
The thermal pools are excellent and the highlight of the hotel however they are the major tourist draw in the surrounding region - either swim early or late to avoid the very busy pools. We were told that there is often 1,400 people in the baths at one time - fine if this was a purely independent commercial venture however not acceptable if you are charging high prices to hotel quests who have travelled for a 4 star experience.
As noted earlier the restaurant is very small and cannot cope when the hotel is full. There were a couple of occasions we were asked to go to another restaurant for breakfast - not ideal but not a big issue either. Staff were inspired to clear tables as fast as possible with the wish to turn tables over quickly to make space for other guests - slightly annoying after a while.
The other issue that arises when the hotel is busy is with the lifts. There are rooms on 4 floors but only 2 lifts to services guests and service staff - a big strategic mistake when building the hotel or a cost saving measure? Given all the leisure activities were on -1 or -2 then avoiding the lifts wasnt always an option.
The hotel has a no smoking policy throughout the hotel - smoke came into our room via the air conditioner from the day we arrived - the Sunday until the Thursday. Despite complaining about this daily nothing was done apart from we are looking into it- I got to the point of asking for a meeting with the Hotel Director, a Mrs. Waras however she showed no interest in meeting with me despite the reception staff setting up meetings on 2 occasions. Respect shown by Management to guests was lacking and the staff were left to apologise for the non commitment of their managers.
In summary nice modern hotel, very friendly english speaking staff with good buffet style food and excellent baths. The downside is the lack of value for money - invisible management, saving money on lack of lifts, cost of drinks over the top, overselling the thermal bath area - there are better 4 star resorts in Poland offering much higher value for money.
"Enjoy the pools, spa, restaurant, bar and entertainmentnd, but don't book rooms there if you are looking for quiet and good sleep."Read full review
