Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I've used this hotel several times since 2014 and the hotel still looks fresh and new. The rooms have comfortable beds and are clean and roomy. The morning breakfast is very good compared to the regular Italian offering. If I had to criticise, then it will have to be the process to connect to WiFi. The hotel provides a username/pwd for each device and it expires in 3 days. Upon expiring you collect another username/pwd for the next 3 days. During the week I stayed at the hotel, WiFi would continually drop and I would have to enter my credentials again. This would regularly happen when I leave and return to the hotel. All other hotels I stayed at in Italy provided me with one username/pwd for all my devices and for the duration of my stay.

Very nice hotel with wide and quiet rooms. Amazing king size double bed very comfortable. Parquette on the floor. Slippers, aromatic shampoo, body soap, skin cream and hair dryer. Very clean and well managed with a kind staff. Modern architecture, stylish and elegant. Wide car parking free of charge. Very good breakfast buffet full of sweets, fruit, international dishes (eggs, bakon, chicken, ham). There is a gluten free food corner. Coffee from automatic machines but good in anycase. American coffee also available. Things from the bar are not free of charge. Exellent place for a relaxing weekend because there is a SPA with swimming pool close to the hotel (for adults only). There is also a good restaurant close to the hotel but it’s a bit pricy so be aware of what you get. Located close to Palaverde gym.

I stayed here for one night during a business trip. Good and clean room, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. No balcony. Fast internet connection. Breakfast with good choice (for Italian standards), only coffee came from one of the machines where coffee just does not taste. I got a 'real' cappucino but it was charged. In a coffee country like Italy disappointing. Would definitely stay here again

We were meeting friends in Treviso and needed a hotel for the evening. This hotel is located in a residence building but is very easy to access. Park, walk into the center of the residential area, passing a nice restaurant and you are there. The room was spacious, the air was good, and a small refrigerator kept our drinks cool. The television was a bit small... but to be honest we didn't watch it beyond the news. The view was of a field... but that did not detract from the nice room with its large bathroom and comfortable bed. In the morning the breakfast was excellent, with both hot and cold choices. And I would be remiss if I did not mention the wonderful Italian "style" in both the room and the public areas. It was modern but welcoming and had a layout that made it easy to sit and relax. Wonderful experience... and a (HIGHLY) recommended hotel.

Had a wonderful experience here! Very chic hotel with nice rooms. Amazing restaurant with authentic Italian delights! The location is a little away from everything but you can move around easily, just ask front desk and you can explore the beautiful town of Treviso with luxury boutiques better than in Florence. Overall very recommendable!

Very modern, functional hotel. Rooms are comfortable with excellent bathroom facilities. Cleaning staff do an excellent job as over our 5 day stay the room was spotless and the beds professionally made up. Only negative; there is only a small, open wardrobe with only four coat change.

This hotel is a very value for money. It's modern and rational. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a key point and it's characterised by a wide variety of sweet snacks and salad ones. The staff is efficient and welcoming.

The place is nice, the rooms are large and comfortable but the floors are desperately noisy. All has be done to make the cleaning easy but you hear everything: in the corridors, the breakfast room, etc. We had a suite for example and the door to protect from the noise has been built between the bathroom and the room instead of the hall and the room, not so clever. Idem for the cleaning area: it is located closed to the rooms, it would have been beter to locate it close tot the spa as the trolley makes a terrible noise! So the architect has to rethink the design for next time... and think about the confort of the guests, and not the ease to clean.
