Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Old and shabby rooms - good to be there just one night. Not very clean - ants in the bathrooms. The place needs a total renovation to be able to satisfy clients. Average breakfast in the nearby bar. Quite far from Treviso downtown.

We stayed there in our Italy tour programme. No elevators, you have to carry your luggage. When we went to berakfeast they took their stuff, so we did not eat anything. Only tea and jam you can find at the hotel for beakfeast. When we were there there was only one garson at the restaurant and he was so rude. And also he did not understand anything. I am not sure he knowsEnglish. And this hotel is very very far away from the Venedic. So you might have to spend all your time on the roads. Do not go!

Very sweet and warm hotel! The stuff extremely kind and helpful. Restaurant is excellent, pizza , cakes , vine .... everything was delicious 😋 . The stuff in restaurant will recommend you the specialties of this part of Italy. You must try Tiramisu, the best there is. Recommended for any tipe of visit. Bus station in front of the hotel will take you to the city of Treviso. The town is so romantic, and full of surprises in every corner.

The beds are very old and uncomfortable. I've found two flying ants in my bed. The bar and the restaurant are quite better, you can find not bad dishes. It is necessary a little bit of moderation in the furnish and a pest control.

Hotel Duo Ragni seemed to be a bit far from the city center which gave one an impression of being isolated. Fortunately, our daily transfers were arranged by a professional excursion company, that we didn't have to worry about the distance. If you make an individual booking, you should keep that in mind. The room we stayed was not a spacious one but was neat and clean enough. Wireles internet signal was not strong. The bathroom and especially the shower stall was claustrophobic. As for the breakfast, I'm not a type, fond of eating so I had no issues about it but some may find it poor. On the other hand, I found general service adequate and the staff helpful.

Nice place with few rooms, useful when travelling for job, great restaurant with typical dishes from the region. Near Treviso downtown and many industrial areas makes this point a strategic place to park, sleep, eat and relax.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights along with two sisters-in-law and two nieces. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had coffee and nibbles in the bar area each morning (2.50 Euro). The No 1 bus was easily accessible right outside and took us into Treviso for another 2.50 Euro. The rooms offered just what we needed for a base for the weekend - whilst they cannot be described as spacious they were perfectly adequate and clean. As the purpose of our visit was to catch up with another member of the family who lives in Treviso we cannot comment much on other places to visit. But Venice is only 30 minutes by train with a return trip costing just over 5 Euros.

The third time we stayed here, we got there by car. Hotel Due Ragni is a great start to visit lots of beautiful places in the area. For example we went to: -Jesolo, great if you love the beach and swim in the sea -Asolo, a beautiful town of top of a little mountain with some great restaurants (and local foods) -Vidor, lots of mountains covered in grape bushes and different wine/prosecco breweries Some other well known places are also easy to get by with car: Verona, Gardaland, Padua, Venice, etc. For the hotel, they upgraded their restaurant BIG TIME. The foods quality is still great and they now even have a big selection of pizza, which are made fresh in the stone oven in the restaurant. Breakfast is still the same, except now sometimes we had breakfast in the restaurant instead of the usual breakfast room. No problem though, we still enjoyed a cappuccino made with love every morning :) The rest of the hotel was mostly the same as our other 2 stays. The rooms are tidy and well equipped with a tv with lots of channels, airco, bathroom and comfortable beds. Beds are made and towels are refreshed (if wanted) every day. The staff is also (like the other years) great in all ways! Real helpful if you ask them anything, lots of fun to just talk with and even willing to help you learn a little Italian. :) In my conclusion: if you want to visit Venice, Treviso or any other place in this region, Due Ragni is a great hotel to stay in!!

Stayed for 1 week. Hotel is very nice and tidy. Staff is very friendly and social. Room was a bit small, but perfect for 2 people. Breakfast every morning with fresh juice, bread, etc. Bus stops in front of the hotel and will take you to Treviso central in no-time. Lots of things to do from here, don't hesitate to ask staff to help you plan some activities. They sure will help you good.
