The only Camping Village in Capo Coda Cavallo - San Teodoro where your four-legged friends are welcome! Calacavallo is a resort standing on the north east coast of Sardinia, just 20 minutes by car from Olbia and right opposite the islands of Tavolara and Molara. The resort fits in beautifully to the surrounding environment. It is situated right on the sea in an area of 200,000 sq. M. Furnished with every comfort and surrounded by green. Your accommodation is a Bungalow (n.60) with 4 beds with a veranda, bathroom, kitchen area, fridge and tableware; There is also a large well equipped camping area (340 pitch) for your tents or camper/caravan and a CAMPER STOP AREA (32 places) to the entry of the camping. Every place is equipped with water and electricity connection. The camper-service is included. The resort is open from May to September.

Ermanna and her sister run this fabulous campsite just outside San Teodoro and it is just perfect. We stayed in a bungalow on the campsite which had everything we needed in a small kitchenette and we had a wonderful two weeks. The campsite has a great little supermarket where you can buy everything you need, we had our three year old with us so he loved the little playground, the baby dance at night run by the wonderful animatori team who are just fantastic, the friendly team at the bar, the beach (also perfect) and the location - just perfect! In very easy reach of Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta, Porto Taverna and all the other amazing beaches. Honestly I cannot understand what the other negative reviews are talking about. This campsite really is just perfect. Go there and prepare to relax and have fun. We will be back next year I hope! Thank you to the whole team at Campeggio Cala Cavallo GRAZIE! …

The mini-market inside the campground is just next to our large bar, where you can enjoy an aperitif, an excellent coffee or whichever drink takes your fancy! On the opposite side there's our restaurant/pizzeria, the ideal place to enjoy delicious pizzas and other delicacies from both land and sea. Next to the restaurant there's a play park, too, where children can play safely. We arrived early afternoon, just before the ‘quiet time’ and we couldn’t check in because the reception was about to close during this ‘quiet time’. The man on the gate insisted that he take our passports if we wanted to look around. I realise that this is the law in Italy, but very few places had actually enforced this rule. The site looked clean and very manicured, but had very few spaces for tents. As we looked around the tannoy announcement repeated several times that it was about to be the quiet time and went on to list what was not allowed during this time – even the pool was to be closed!
