Gorgeous location for this hotel , close to Cisternino and in the middle of the Oliver trees plantation, greeny area and very quiet place. Large Rooms entirely renovated in a modern style. Large parking space very appreciated. Very nice swiming pool. The cleaning of the rooms and the resort are perfect. However, No service offer at the hotel...for example no laundry service...Not enough storage to put the clothes in the room for a long stay. On booking, the hotel is sold with a restaurant and the restaurant is closed , we are in high season. Very poor wifi. No wifi at the swimming pool. Not enough power to download a document or a video. Wifi in the room come and go. If you want to follow your business, very hard. TV network offers mainly italien channels. At the reception, two young persons relatives of the owners , with no warm welcoming , and no smile...no interactive conversation. They do their work and it seems to be enough for them. For example, one night, there was a party, nobody inform us about the noise. Basic breakfast with plastic glasses for the juices at disposal in plastic bottles at disposal and the must, the famous yellow tea bags. Toaster is on request. Globally, not a bad place just a bit sad considering the good location that the resort is managed without any soul. …

Dear family, thank You once more for this really nice stay. Our room 305 was perfect for us, with balcony and morning sun. the whole family was so nice to me and my husband,also tot he other guests. the breakfast was so excellent, fresh fruit, different juices, pane buono, butter, cheese, salami, prosciutto crudo and prosciutto cotte, eggs, tomatos, paprika yoghurt, and the perfect coffee, fresh cappucino, fresh fruit , homemade cake and so on. Thanks tot he signora and Gea and the other lady, was it a sister to the signora? It was possible to sit on the wonderful terrasse to drink the morning coffee and also to sit here in the evening for cocktail or wine In the evening, when we come back the pool was very good and clean, only the shower was very cold, the pool boy brings us pool beds and we could buy drinks by him. In the evening we got a nice dinner, flavio and his staff served us the ordered wine (very good and also not expensiv). The 3* hotel is very charming and nice and the city Cisternino is near, and Flavio has friends, they bring us to the nice little town. Many thanks once more, Elfriede Kaiplinger und Engelbert Giller…

The hotel was a perfect base for our visit to Puglia. Being in Cisternino the places we wanted to go see were all a 30-45 min. drive — Ostuni, Torre Canne, Locorotondo, Alberobello and Fasano for ZooSafari. Property was situated in a quiet, peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle. The room we stayed in was definitely new and furnished with modern, minimalist interior. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast spread had a lot of variety from sweet to savory, and I enjoyed my cappuccino every morning. Our first night there was on a Saturday; our room being above the restaurant we heard the makings of a lively, hip hoppin’ place well into 1AM. Ear plugs would have been nice.
