As a seasoned traveller, my wife Jayne and her friends stayed in the Deluxe Bungalow for 7 nights and had the most fantastic experience. The deluxe All-inclusive is superb and the staff service is one of the best experienced. The food and wines choices are amazing and cater for allergies and provide some of the very best Vegan and Vegetarian choices. From the point of arrival to departure the staff were amazing and caring. I am envious of their fun and will be booking our return so I can sample the Greek hospitality myself. They enjoyed the complimentary MINI to tour the island which is a lovely touch and again another huge benefit. The high reviews given reflect a well organised and run facility, that has emerged after the last few COVID years strongly. Just check the various deals on BA and other airlines as you will find this place to be tranquil and an oasis of pleasure.

We want to have a look to this Hotel, maybe for the next stay. We looked for the Spa Area, the Pool Area and within the Hotel. Next we made a Stopp at the Bar and asked the young lady, if we can get drinks although we are not guests at this Hotel and we want to pay for it. No Problem was the answer! By ordering the drinks we guessed, that the young lady was not able to understand the english language as well...after some drinks we we want to pay the drinks and the trouble started. During our stay the Manager of the restaurant was coming. Later we asked the Manager for the bill...and in this moment he called the security, the guys at the Reception and we don't know which people additional...big trouble started... He told us, that we don't have to pay for the drinks. There's no possibility to get our payment. We couldn't understand this procedure and we said "Thank you" and asked for the Tipp box. The "Manager" told us, that there is no Box, but we can give the Tipp by the hand. We did and gave him 30€ for the Team. He was very friendly....we went to the exit and then came a Member of the Security together with the "Bar Manager" and gave the Security the hint for us. The security kicked us then out of the Hotel and accompanied us to the main exit with the words "due to the Covid-19-Regulations" Aha right... due this rules. Nobody has actually rules in Greece and why didn't informed us the young lady? Unbelievable! We felt like a criminal. But one is sure, this will be not the first choice for our next holiday in Greece.

The welcome, the place, the staff all absolutely great. In particular I would like to thank Katarina (glasses) for the utmost professional approach. The food in all restaurants really very successful. The only thing that disappointed us that for the whole week, we did not have a change of bed linen. I would expect that from a hotel like this. Room 599. If possible, we would be happy to return to the IKOS resort.

Stayed here as a couple in late September 2022 and our experience was absolutely fantastic. We were fortunate enough to have the deluxe package and cannot thank the deluxe team (especially Michelle!) enough for being so welcoming and on top of absolutely everything we were doing. The extras such as the deluxe pool and beach beds really made this worth it. If you get the chance, would absolutely recommend a sunset meal on the beach! The service was faultless - special mention to George at Ouzo, Matilda at Helios and Maria on the beach for being so attentive and friendly. The theatre performances in the evenings were also fantastic and very high quality and a great way to unwind. We were in a Seaview facing room in the main building which was lovely. Minibar always fully stocked and very comfy beds! Would highly recommend taking out the Ikos mini for a day (you only have to pay for fuel!) As expected like everything else in the hotel, the booking process was super easy and the team were very helpful. We drove down the middle of the 3 prongs to some lovely beaches and small towns. All of the restaurants were brilliant, with our favourites being Ouzo (Greek) and Anaya (Asian). We really made the most of the watersports doing daily pedalo, paddleboard (all free) as well as water skiing (paid). There is also the option to hire out jet skis and boats at extra charge. Overall, an absolutely fantastic holiday and will definitely be back again!

We stayed for the first time at an Ikos hotel as a couple in our 30's. The hotel is lovely, modern and clean. The restaurants are nicely decorated and grounds well kept. We booked a junior suite with panoramic views. I must say I was a little disappointed, it didn't have the feel of a suite but a large room and our views weren't as I'd envisaged. It was a nice room but a suite implies more grandeur in my mind. In terms of the food, the restaurants are nice, Anaya was our favourite but this comes down to personal choice. The buffet was good but I think a themed evening experience would have been better. I believe there is a theme every night but it seems more of a mix of cuisines. The main reason for awarding 4 out of 5 was the issue of the amount of families at the hotel. We requested to sit in all of the adult only areas but the noise of screaming toddlers travels and I felt this detracted from the calm serenity of the surroundings. It is clear the hotel is very family friendly and they appear to make up over half of the guests. I can imagine it is excellent for them but it wasn't for us! This really impacted my experience to the point I wouldn't return to an Ikos hotel unless there were proper adult only facilities and not just areas of the same room, for example they could make one of the entire pools adults only. It is a shame really because the food, service and quality makes it good value for money.

We have been several times to ikos hotels and they never disappoint. There’s nothing I can add re food and drinks as it is all fantastic. Special mention to the deluxe concierge (not a brag) Despina who was fantastic throughout and is a credit to the brand. We took a day trip to the Oceania as we are there next month. It has a different hilly layout layout but the quality of an ikos resort is evident. Sadly we leave tomorrow and wish we were here longer

A very special hotel that takes guest satisfaction to another level. We stayed for 8 nights non-deluxe and had the best hotel experience we have ever had at a hotel in this genre. Particularly good for families with young children given how well set up they are for kids but there are some adult only areas too.

We really enjoyed our stay at IKOS Olivia. You can guarantee being made welcome at any of the IKOS Hotels and this one was no exception. What makes IKOS a cut above the rest are the staff. They are all friendly and very attentive to your needs. We met Maria again, the GM of both Olivia and Oceania. Such a lovely lady who knows her stuff. We had a room on the top floor which overlooked the sea, and it suited us fine. Being a little older than a lot of guests it was nice to have quiet when it came to bedtime. I had an issue with the pillows but after having the pillow menu I chose one that was perfect. Housekeeping was superb having kept our room lovely and clean and replenished where necessary. Our turndown lady was lovely, very quiet but she had a sweet nature. We ate in all the restaurants over our two weeks stay and enjoyed most of them. Had a little problem with Anaya on our last night so that spoilt it a little. We ate in Flavors for Breakfast and Lunch which is where the service really comes into its own. Stella for her lovely greeting every time along with twins Maria and Katerina (who worked so hard) and Dimitri. The manager was also extremely helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with something to please all tastes. My husband really enjoyed the mussels! Service on the beach was a bit hit and miss, sometimes you had to wait for quite a while before being attended to and we often had to get our own towels. We like the beach on our holidays and this one was okay. You can find a space to go in the sea without having to worry about rocks - some areas had quite a few which we avoided as we didn't want to fall over. It might be worth having the sea shoes. We had the mini for a day and that was great. We visited a lovely village called Afytos, very pretty with an incredible view out to sea. A bit hilly for walking but worth it. We saw a couple of shows whilst there and enjoyed them very much. We used the Teatro Bar a few times in the evening as it was nice and quiet. We also got to spend some time chatting to Yannis who was a mind of information on a lot of different subjects. We did find that some of the evening entertainment that was in the bars were overrun with very young children, which was a shame as the singers were good but more for adult guests. All in all, we had a lovely holiday and hope that we can go to Majorca next year as we have now been to all the IKOS hotels.

IKOS are an excellent organisation but it was the staff that made the holiday, I am not keen to pick out one or a few staff as it was the whole team that made the holiday, but if I had to it would be Dimitris in the Flavours restaurant, he was constantly on the go ensuring everybody received a good service

No words can do justice to the week we have just had at Ikos Olivia. We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom beachfront bungalow with our 11 month old and 3 year old. The room was modern and HUGE, and the views of the beach for our daily sundowners were incredible. The room was cleaned twice a day by the most lovely staff who were happy to accommodate naps etc, they completely worked around us. The food at Ikos is next level, we dined at all 5 restaurants and took advantage of the beach dinner on offer to deluxe guests….we can’t even pick our favourite they were all so good and the food would rival a lot of Michelen star restaurants in London. There were a lot of pools to choose from, all very safe for little ones, we enjoyed the more chilled vibe at the deluxe pool even with the children, the girls both loved the slides and water fountains in the kids pool. The furniture around the pool is high end, comfortable and no need for reserving loungers. All the staff cannot do enough for you, no ask is too much but a special shout out to Maxim for making our beach dinner so enjoyable and Elena at the deluxe pool/area-your service was amazing and Elena even started to notice there was a pattern to our drinks orders between 5pm and 7pm and by the end of our stay the drinks were just delivered straight to our porch without even needing to order We will be back next year and the year after and the year after…
