Second time we have stayed, same as last time lovely family who cannot do enough to make your stay is a memorable one, incredible location, the views from the breakfast/dinner spot are not done justice by the photos, and my family has voted the beach bar as their favourite ever Great sailing area, secluded beach with no one else around on either side for miles We look forward to next year, and thank you all!

A super holiday. The family who run the small hotel are delightful, friendly and very hospitable. It was nice to stay in a small hotel with friendly guests. The location of the hotel is super with amazing views over the bay. It is worth hiring a car from the airport so as to be able to tour round the island too. Food was excellent in the hotel. The accommodation was good. Studios are better than the loft apartments as they have nice big balconies and they are cooler. Nice to have a kitchen area as we bought food to have at lunch times. Swimming pool is lovely. Beach is a short walk down steep steps or down a road.

Hotel first, great family run hotel where Akis, Costas and all their family go out of their way, excellent, thank you so much,I could go into vast detail but won’t, it was lovely. The views from the hotel are not done justice by the pictures I've seen, it’s a beautiful spot, the beach bar and patch of grass an oasis, and the beach so quiet Coming to Trek and the sailing, what I loved was how quiet it was, not intimidating at all, not a massive amount of kit but plenty, so a very different feel to a Sunsail beach club, meaning all my kids happily engaged without feeling out of place, the one thing I’d add is a few more of the smallest windsurf sails. A great sail area, maybe by 2km by 2km with hardly anyone there…and excellent beach staff, so overall we ALL loved it we will be back!

The Hotel was great with the Greek family that own it going the extra mile. Hugely helpful and very friendly, can't recommend it enough. The sailing experience that is linked to the Hotel run by Trek Adventures is by comparison a little disappointing. The one windsurfing foiling board was broken and unavailable for the whole week. On the sailing side the jib on the RS 500 was broken making the boat useless. The yacht hire without the skipper is almost impossible and Trek force you to have a skipper with the added expense. Moorings and Sunsail have let me have a boat without skippers. Shame the sailing equipment didn't match up to the hotel experience. Kids had a great time, as did my partner who are all beginner level sailors. Chose this venue as it should have catered for us all. Good for beginners, less good sailing / equipment for those more experienced.

We loved our holiday with Trek Adventure at the Lazaratos Hotel last year so much we re-booked for this year within a week of getting back to the UK. I am happy to report that this year was even better. The hotel is family owned and run and you could not ask for better hosts. Kostas and Akis have made several improvements to the rooms and to the beachfront that have really added to the experience. All of the staff are brilliant and so helpful, you really feel part of the family. The beach club side of things is run by a small British outfit called Trek Adventure. Again, the service you receive from the team in the UK is outstanding and then the on-site package is brilliant. Young, friendly and talented instructors and a good range of new kit from beginner dinghies right up to a new RS500 make the sailing experience really rewarding. There are none of the usual time slots that you need to book in advance like you get with some of the bigger operators. There is usually plenty of kit to go around and we never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for a boat, board or kayak. The sailing conditions are brilliant. It is the only operator in the area so you pretty much have the bay to yourself. Perfect for beginners in the morning when the wind is light and for more experienced sailors in the afternoon when it gets a bit lively. Formal and informal instruction is on hand and my 8 year old was off and running on his own in no time even competing in the end of week race. All in all the combination of a brilliant family run, real Greek hotel and a fun and friendly sailing club works so well that we will probably make it three years in a row.
