This is a nice spa for families with short distance feom tallinn. The hotel is a bit worn down and family room a bit small for five persons but still we enjoyed the stay. Spa is quite nice with very nice and renovated sauna area. Of the restaurants Verde is moderate, Wicca is more expensive but offers better value for money.

The hotel was nicely located by the sea: it has also a good beach with a bar: nice to enjoy beautiful summer days.

Our room was in a near y building and I was a bit afraid that it would be hot as the building did not have air conditioning- it was, however, cool enough. It had comfortable facilities, good beds and it was quiet too.

There was a spa with many kinds of Saunas: we visited it as we had tense muscles due to our cycling tour that we were on. It did good - also surprising refreshing to have visit a sauna on a hot day...

I can not think of anything negative about the hotel. Our stay was crowned by the splendid restaurant: the food was really innovative and first class (to the level that is rare in any gourmet restaurant - let alone in a large spa hotel and with the relatively low prices that they had)

I visited Laulasmaa Spa with my family in the middle of January for 2 nights and January is there probably the lowest season. Despite that and the fact that Covid Omicron was on the rise, there were a lot of customers, even so many that it was really difficult to find a parking space (from a parking lot that can only describrd as ice rink). I assume that there were quite a number of daily spa visitors because the hotel seemed half full at best.
The hotel side is in need of renovation and they actually acknowledge it as there was a little note regarding this in the room. The room was not dirty and nothing was broken but the furniture and the interior was worn out in general and the size of the standard room was rather modest. I would give 3 out of 5 to the room.
But everything else we liked a lot. The water park and the saunas were absolutely perfect - different pools and attractions, interesting saunas and also a decent bar service (incl. food) in the pool area. There is plenty to do for the kids and also adults. We also commend the breakfast buffet which was very abundant and tasty - really very variable choices and a lot of local produce. Dinner buffet was ok too but not as spectacular as the breakfast.
All in all we were quite satisfied with our stay. After they'll renovate their rooms, Laulasmaa definitely will be one of the best Water Park Spas in Estonia.

The morning of my stay i forgot my jacket in the room after i left the hotel. Later in the evening i called them to come after my forgotten jacket. They replied that it wasn’t there anymore and that i havent got any evidence to say that it was there. I suppose the cleaner of the room took it or the room wasn’t cleaned properly and the next customer got it.

+ The best part of the spa is sauna department, hotel was quite average, rooms dont look that modern and the bathroom had some mold on the floor

Terrible experience. We stayed during a heatwave and the air conditioning was not working in our room and in most common areas. Our room was an oven, we could hardly sleep and felt deeply uncomfortable during our whole stay. The hotel refused to change us to another room with a working AC or offer any kind of compensation. They openly said they were not fixing the problem during our our stay and we would just have to accept it. The reception staff was rude and unhelpful. Only after contacting them via booking.com they offered to bring a fan on the last night of our stay, this after we paid 125eur per night in what is suppossed to be a 4 star hotel.

Warning! This is not a pet friendly hotel!

We had a room booked for two nights with our medium size dog. When we entered the room we saw it was badly cleaned, there was dust on the floors and the bathroom had smudges. The room was outdated, the wall was missing pieces and there were scratch marks from previous pets.

We started to settle in and turned the ac lower. After a while we realized that the ac was not working. We were sweating in our swimwear. The hallway outside the room was cold compared to the room.

What's the most dangerous is that the door is light and it opens towards the outside. If a dog jumps on the handle, the door opens.

We couldn't stay in this room, so we tried to find a solution with the reception. They lied to us, saying the ac can't handle the heat outside and that all the doors in the rooms are the same. I have a hard time believing that none of the rooms have a working ac. They actually asked if we can put a chair in front of the door to prevent the dog from jumping.. The only real solution they gave us is give our money back. We had to accept this, and ended up wasting our day trying to find a new place to stay in.

The worst is that they said this happened before. It's interesting to see that the hotel doesn't care enough to change a few doors and fix their ac, but instead they tell their workers to lie to the customers. Any self respecting 4-star hotel would have gone out of their way to find us a new room and not throw us into the street.

We visited the LaSpa hotel and stayed in a renovated beach house. It has to be said that the high price of the room was not particularly justified. Would have expected a more innovative, inviting environment and more furnishings in the lobby of the beach house. When checking in at the hotel, you had to ask the reception staff yourself several questions (where to get breakfast, how to get around). In addition, the dinner experience at Liiv resto was bad, there was no service of any kind, the young girls couldn't answer questions (no knowledge of the products) and it took an awfully long time. In addition, it was not possible to sit at a table in the restaurant as a foreign guest was listening loudly to Spanish videos in the middle of the restaurant.... so dinner had to be eaten on low couches. None of the waiters asked about the situation or offered any solutions. The waitress at breakfast was intrusive and immediately demanded an answer as to whether we would like something from the side menu or find what we needed in the buffet. We arrived quite early for breakfast and this kind of pestering was not pleasant. Finally, I asked about feedback forms when checking out of the hotel. I was told there was one on the website, but unfortunately could not find it there. All in all, poor customer service overshadowed the overall experience and it was difficult to find a sense of well-being.

The title says it all. The restaurant has very high standards for a la carte and was decent for buffet. The breakfast was no thrills standard unfortunately. But you can get decent coffee at least. Also downstairs lobby cafe is nice and selection of cakes and drinks is wide enough.

The spa and sauna area is nothing really special but has a good number of different saunas and pools. The outside traditional wood-heated sauna with a pool is a treat.

Spa treatments are on a par as well. The area itself is refurbished and looks nice, too.

The weekest point is the accommodation. The standard rooms are tiny, run down and you just don't feel good there. Maybe it's ok in summer when you're mostly out on the nearby beach or sitting outside but in colder times you are stuck into it. The beds had their best before long time ago as well as rest of the furniture. The TV screen on the wall was slightly bigger then my iPhones...
The hotel is craving for renovation.

A nice place to organize a work meeting. The conference rooms are well equipped with state-of-the-art technology and are equipped with seminar rooms.
Very good service, very good food, cozy health spa with various additional services. Sea air and sea music are soothing and healing.

Hotel charged money and didn't return them when coronavirus quarantine started, so I even wasn't able to come. Hotel has no loyalty to clients. Even didn't try to suggest something instead. Change dates - NO, pay fine - also NO.
