Beautiful hotel. Beds were very comfy. Food was great. Good variety breakfast buffet. Dinner menu changes every nite. Conveniently located near the cable cars, about a 10 min walk. The summer card is included with your stay which includes free bus and cable car rides. Excellent guest service. Highly recommend.

I stayed for a one week vacation with my wife. This is a first class hotel at reasonable price. The staff in bar, lounge, restaurant is very friendly, professional and make you really feel at home. Good buffet breakfast. Great dinner (5 dishes), every day different, with real high class dishes! We had a "cosy alpine room", with view on...

I have known the hotel since 2011 and since the upgrade and renewal of large parts of the hotel is has even become more stylish. In my view the hotel is moving from a classical Tyrolean hotel towards a design hotel while keeping the friendly family atmosphere so typical for Austrian and Italian Tirol. Perfect location, very nice renewed rooms,...

Four of us stayed for a week, three generations, and it's a very good location, very clean, and family run hotel. Decent rooms , not fancy, and very good value for money indeed. Excellent breakfast choice, and in the usual manner evening meal choice is made in the morning so if anything is not suitable plenty of time to ask...

We've stayed in this hotel for a short skiing trip. It is ideally located in close proximity to the slopes. We were assigned with Suite Anna, which is a great room with 2 separate bedrooms, living room, 2 balconies and a huge, very comfortable shower. The beds are pleasant as well. Breakfast is very extensive. We booked half board and...

We stayed here for a week with our 11 year old granddaughter. An excellent , friendly and very well run hotel . Excellent location, and Fiss itself is a charming and quiet place. The food was very good, staff kind and courteous and it's a hotel very well set up for families. The walking for family levels is unsurpassed in...

We stayed at this hotel for a weeks skiing in January. We pieced the holiday together and the Hotel organised a local taxi firm to transfer us from Innsbruck airport to Fiss. We booked this hotel believing it was one we had already stayed at, but there is also a Hotel Tirol in Ladis (next village). However, we were not...

A very high standard friendly hotel. Choice and quality of food excellent. A variety of standard of bedrooms, traditional and contemporary. Great service by all the staff, very happy to help. Ski lockers provided beside gondola lift area, so no need to walk with skis/ski boots from hotel. Short no more than 10 minutes walk round a bend to ski...

If you are looking for a good place to stay for skiing, I would encourage people to stay here. The facilities are recently renovated -- and there are some good and bad things about that -- but it's worth the stop and we may be back. The pro side: we could smell the pine of our room when we entered...

A British couple in our 50’s, we found the following: Pros – Best customer service of any place we have stayed. Booked via Booking.com, pre-stay info (admittedly in German) received direct from hotel, warm greeting on arrival and help at any time from fluent English receptionist, daily weather / events sheet and menus printed in English for us (we were...
