Bacon, the Best I have ever had in all my Life ! All the food was fantastic,we loved it. For the 2 nights we spent there it cost us about 6200 P, that includes round trip boat transportation, all meals and drinks. It was a little more than we typically spend but Driftwood Village is not typical of the places we stayed...

Its a place you can go wild. Dont expect 5 star accommodation but expect calm, peace and traditional place and the perfect kiss of nature. The people are friendly, courteous and accommodating. I love the hot shower and the hammock, the place is just few steps away from the wonderful shore. I'm not a dog hater but I have phobias...

Found this resort on Sugar Beach by accident while looking for another one that had closed. It was better than expected. Cool relaxed vibe, clean rustic rooms, super clean bathrooms, easy access to the beach, great menu, as well as night life options. Affordable and clean.

The place is nice and quiet with a relaxed vibe and right at the beach. The cottages are spacious and reasonably priced. The CR looked clean and new, however the water coming out of the faucet/shower was murky. You can have their boat pick you up which is 300 php per single trip. There's also another way to get there,...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. Because of low water usage in some bungalows during low season, the water can get murky at times. Next time just open the faucet and let the water run for a moment until it is clear again. We built 2 towers in order to get any internet connection here at the resort. Php...

Driftwood Village is located along Sugar Beach. They have the traditional nipa hut for accommodation. Rates are cheap, however, rooms are non-airconditioned. Restaurant menu is also affordable and food tastes good. If you were looking for a quite place to relax, this is the perfect place. Sugar beach is not crowded with tourist. We even noticed that there are more...

The location is absolutely fantastic and remote, only accessible by a boat. The place has more of a resort-y vibe than a backpacker paradise, so if you're a budget traveler, don't expect to make friends with other than middle aged fat German guys or overly friendly waitresses. The place is not overrun by tourists yet though, so it is still...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We would like to remind you, that people go completely crazy or even go blind if they drink too much of the "one dime smooth local rum"... If you wanted to meet "skinny teenage German girls", we are so sorry that you missed them during your (two or three days?) stay here. We...

If you’re looking for the ultimate getaway in the Philippines, with a spectacular beach front – to- kickback and relax then come here. It’s beautiful, quiet and way off the beaten path. It can be a romantic getaway or family place for bonding. For me and my wife it was the family bonding. I was surprised when I called ahead...

Driftwood have worked really hard to be at one with the beach and the forest surrounding it. The buildings are all wooden, and blend in perfectly. I stayed in the Dorm, and although very basic, was perfectly adequate for what you pay. Mattress, Mosquito net and a shared bathroom that was always clean. The food is great, and the staff...
