Amazing place, excellent food and caring staff. Atmosphere is very chilled, helped by friendly locals. Sunday lunch is high quality and consistently good. Reasonably priced, good selection of beers and wines.

Stayed at the Inn while visiting Skanda Vale and was very surprised to experience the homely feeling you get at this place. The welcome was warm and the rooms are clean and comfy just like home. The breakfast was great and included options for Vegetarians which was a plus. Wasn't expecting much due to the location but have to admit...

My brother and I stayed here for two nights, and were very pleased indeed with the standard of accommodation, excellent food, and friendly service. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the showers are just brilliant; high pressure, with lots of hot water - none of your feeble, dribbling nonsense! Breakfast and dinner were grand; lots of choice,...

Lovely warm welcome and as I needed a beer after a long hard day, escorted straight to the bar for a pint in the authentic, characteristic and spacious bar area. Lovely food for dinner, great...

We go here for a meal occasionally and never been disappointed. Service good, food excellent as always, and always seems freshly cooked. Really yummy new pudding menu, our party had bread and butter pudding with apple, and apricot frangipane - gorgeously tasty. Highly recommend the restaurant.

We called in as we had been told the meals were good and we weren't misinformed. We were seated in the dining room and had our order taken by the server. The meals arrived and were generous potions, we were asked if we would like sauces and I asked for red sauce to accompany my steak and chips. To my...

A group of us had Sunday lunch here an experience. Barman was as miserable as can be no smile made us feel like we were a hinderance to him. The place was full but had only one waitress and the food was nothing special not fresh and tasty but more like it came out of the freezer. We have many...

Fresh rooms, welcoming family, comfortable bar and good food, didn't stay as long in the area as we ought to have done, but really enjoyed the short break. We had been guided there by White Water Consutancy, a conoe shop in Bronwydd. Recommended stay.
