Good location, friendly staff, fast check in, quiet nights. Walkable to the Church of the Good Shephard. No radiator though so might be cold. No toothpaste and toothbrush so was a little inconvenient. Will recommend though.

Stayed at Peppers for 2 nights. Driving into Lake Tekapo we were in awe of the scenic beauty of this little town. We were nervous what our rooms would be like, but they didn't disappoint. Opening the room to our unit for the first time, we were faced with 2 Windows showing the full beauty of the lake and surrounding...

Good location but poorly managed hotel. Staff unfriendly. Our A/C did not work and they did not try to apologise or try any see what they can do. The restaurants close by 9. We got to a Chinese restaurant right across from hotel and they were rude. Please don't go there !

We were on the third storey of a townhouse. We had two big windows with views of the area. The only problem with being on this level is bringing your luggage up the three flights of stairs. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower and bath with thick towels. Breakfast was not impressive....

Great location and well appointed resort. We didn't have one of the lakeside apartments but still had pretty good mountain views. Apartments are comfortable and well appointed. Our 2 bedroom apartment had bathroom and bedrooms downstairs and the living area upstairs. Kids loved the gas log fireplace. We found the choice of food at the restaurant limited for young children....

Disappointing rooms with a lack of finishing touches like milk and couch cushions. Not worth over $500 a night. However buffet breakfast was excellent and made up in part for well used apartment and amenities.

Great location, room was so tiny it was difficult to put our luggage anywhere. The thing that annoyed me most is the free wifi... It is not free. Well 100mb is free, if you require more than that you have to pay. To be me this felt like it was false advertising. Lucky for us we were only staying the...

This is a big resort. We stayed in the two bedroom townhouse style residence. It was spacious with an upstairs living area. Nice deck to eat out on. Fireplace. Two living areas. Full kitchen. Nice big bathroom. Easy parking. Comfortable beds. Limited information folder. No internal laundry. Starting to look tired. Broken mirror. Scuffed walls. Still very comfortable and spacious....

Lovely environment but unfortunately room needed maintenance to keep up the standard expected for that price. Beautiful surroundings but lacked any personality, beds were uncomfortable. Kitchen facilities were fantastic, Surroundsing around room were lovely, shame we lost the sun so soon.
