Room was warm clean but did smell of cigarette smoke may I suggest no smoking signs in the rooms. Food was great and staff were more than accommodating. Great location view is amazing as I had lake view room.

we were a family of 3 generations and were situated in a 2-storey 1 bedroom unit with an adjoining room-plus-ensuite, which was the perfect arrangement for Granny (me!) to be private and enable me to sneak out for an early morning walk without disturbing the family. the upstairs living room gave amazing views of the lake, and more close-up, the...

When we checked in which was 3:30 pm, and I heard check in time was 2 pm, our room did not have a hair dryer or left bed side table, so we had to request the left bed side table and a hair dryer. Hair dryer came but not bed side table since your front desk staff told me they...

Just excellent! Except for a room to improve in legibility such as better signs to ways to carparks for the guests staying in the far units. Night time driving to get to the car park was quite bad. Apart from that everything was great for the price with its prime location. Many thanks

We were unsure online of what we were booking but good place otherwise. Perhaps need to see views and more detailed room layout . More easily understood rooms rather then nonspecific ' lake view ' or ' mountain view' would help with online booking. We were a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary so room choice was important.

The service was good. The rooms are shoe box and in poor condition for a hotel. The fact that Peppers believe that the aircon motors vibrating and sounding like a V8 throughout the night is exceptable, is appalling.

This is one of the best, if not the best, place I've stayed in for the whole 19 days I was in South NZ. The room was modern looking, clean and comfortable. It was a little compact but also felt cozy. Bed and pillows were fluffy and nice and I had a good night sleep. Also love the quality toiletries...

Best place to stay in town, professional and helpful staff, wish I could have stayed longer, we got upgraded to an apartment with frontside views of the lake and the mountain which was a nice surprise. This was a 2 storied apartment with full kitchen, lounge and outside verandah with stunning views of the Lake. It is a short drive...

Over the weekend we had the pleasure of staying at Peppers Bluewater Resort in Tekapo. The setting was beautiful, the rooms great and the staff were exceptional, so polite, pleasant and helpful. The meal at the restaurant on Saturday evening was simply superb.
