Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with this resort. Location is within walking distance to town centre and lake. The only complaint we have is that the buffet breakfast, although has a good selection, was lukewarm.

The check in counter is nice ,excellent and warm. The bed had better one entire double size ,not two single size combined. The parking lot is a little bit complex and made the wrong way several times.Living room and kitchen is wonderful.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here at Peppers Bluewater Resort, we were in one of the one bedroom apartments. It was very clean and well equipped when we arrived, although the housekeeping staff arrived at 5.30pm to service the room, when we were literally just back from a long day out and were relaxing with a drink - so...

The internet is limited to 100mb and they charge you $2.50 per cup of coffee made in your room. Very dissatisfied with the endless hidden costs. The resort is nice and the views are incredible. It's a pity they let themselves down by trying to profit off the little things especially when it's an expensive hotel to begin with

So small...Thought I was in a coffin? No where to place a suitcase and your shoes. Only 1 bedside table but there was 1/2 a bottle of beer in the fridge. Never would we have booked this. We were told we could have a larger room for $100 more. ..no thanks.

This is the second time I have stayed at Peppers but it will be the last. I paid a good cheap rate and was in a standard room which are small but it was clean and the a/c unit for us wasn't noisy. However they need to address window coverage and blinds to block out the light from the numerous...

Great lay out with the rooms, nice beds nice view, but the minimum of cleaning plus the furniture was seemed to be getting tired looking. One would have expected a better standard for the $ we paid, and the star rating of the resort. Denise - New Zealand
