This resort establishment provides excellent accommodation complete with a stunning backdrop of lake and mountains. The suites come complete with kitchen and dining area. A separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom/shower shares with the living area in having full glass sliding doors allowing the wonderful view in. The bed is a little firm but the shower and bath are good as...

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed on the third floor and struggled to get my bags up the stairs. Room service arrived without cutlery; TV was small; curtains torn and carpet marked. They were the negatives. Generally the staff worked hard to help me when I had issues and in the one evening had no qualms about coming...

Having toured all around New Zealand this resort is by far the best. The quality of the accommodation is out of this world plus the helpful staff where nothing is too much trouble. The facilities too are incredible even a dishwasher in the kitchen!

The rooms were first class, kitchen, dining area, lounge area and separate bedroom all well laid out and appointed. Close to shops and restaurant and next to Lake Tekapo. Staff were great, very helpful and the rooms and site generally were clean and tidy.

Standard room is tiny. Very little room to walk, let alone keep luggage (no close space). No view to speak of - room was slightly subterranean, putting eye level right in line with the wheels of our car in the adjacent parking lot. Spacious bathroom and great toiletries. Beds are quite firm, and the heater didn't work so it was...

The kitchen is perfect. Every kitchen equipments, kitchen goods including smart cutleries are able to use. And from the hotel to the supermarket I can walk less than 5 minutes. So I could cook perfect Steaks. The size(2F) and cleanness is good. I think the best costperfoemance during my two weeks NewZealand.

Beautiful accommodation with fantastic views over lake Tekapo. Room was well set up, beds were very comfortable and the appartment was clean and spacious. All restaurants were very close and reasonably priced. Very helpful staff.

The room was great location with a great outlook, but torn curtains looked shabby and TV remote was broken and did not work. For the amount paid you would expect the best, unfortunately it did not meet our expectations in this respect.

The property was very handy and close to the town centre and lake. Lake Tekapo is a wonderful town and the views are spectacular. The receptionists at the complex were very disorganised and their service was not great. The room was a bit run down with dirty stained carpet and dirty ceiling. The bedroom was very small and we ended...

Overall a good place to stay, good scenery, close to the village centre. There is a high turnover of visitors on a daily basis and room service seems to get stretched. Our room was not being serviced until 5pm by which time we had done it ourselves. Wi fi not good for this standard of hotel. Nevertheless would stay here...
